Answer:	I charged my LG G3 who has a battery of 3000 mAh many time using the cable they have in the package. You can use the original cable came with your Samsung Galaxy S4. Answer:	My 20100 took a bit over 24 hours to charge up fully the first time.. Hopefully it will not take that long again. But the first time you are starting from scratch..
