Answer:	I purchased the same battery this past February from a different seller and it has been working great. Check the face of the battery to make sure it indicates 3200mAh, 3.85V, and 12.32Wh. Answer:	Geez, I just looked in my box because I never could install the battery and there are no strips. I guess I never got them. IF you ever get the cover off it may be for selling the back. Answer:	The original battery supported NFC and many non OEM Batteries do not. OEM battery must have some type of small antenna or similar device. Near Field Communication is used to transmit data between two phones in very close proximity. Not an issue for me. This does not effect blue tooth , wifi , or carrier communication.

Answer:	I don't know of your brand of battery but mine LGv10 is very wide and it worked well with it. Just slide the battery in and line up the pins with the negative and positive parts of the battery. The indicator on the charger will turn green and plug it in and you will see the indicator flashing 25 to 50 to 75 to 100 as it charges. When 25percent is achieved the 50 to 75 to 100 percent will flash etc till it reaches 100 percent and stops flashing altogether
