Question:	Can the mirror be removed. I would prefer to use that first slot for my employee badge
Answer:	That is correct. There is a small hole. The case did not come with a strap to attach to it though.
Question:	How do you take pictures with the case on? Does it affect the pics
Answer:	Yes. It has 3. They start off tight, but after use they can loosen up and hold a couple of cards each, as well as the area behind the slot where you can fold up cash or receipts. You're not going to be able to fit much in it, but it's great to only need to keep up with your phone and car keys when you're out.
Question:	Can you detach your phone from the case
Answer:	I've had several of these and have never had my cards demagnetized. I will say that if you have a hotel room card, it will demagnetize those. I've had that happen a couple of times and needed to get a new room key. Those cards are used over and over by being demagnetized and reprogrammed - don't keep them in this phone wallet. I have another phone wallet that has a "pin and hole" clasp that I use for out of town hotel travel to avoid that problem.

Answer:	No, it appears the mirror cannot be removed. There are 2 slots above the mirror, plus an area behind for money or whatever. Hope this helps.

Answer:	You have to open it up so the case is not blocking the camera. It does not effect the pictures. I love my case!

Answer:	The phone easily goes in and out of the gel phone case in the wallet part however it is glued onto wallet. So no you can not detach just the case part. I still love this and am buying all colors. So far only have black one and it's great quality and elegant. I just use a regular case when at gym and this for all other times

Answer:	I’m pretty rough on my phone cases I work with tools and tools in my pockets with phone. I just looked at the back of the case and no noticeable scratches.

Answer:	It is clear plastic, which is better if you happen to drop your phone. I have multiple times and no issues yet. The cover is with 4 dual layer corners designed, it looks really solid. My son took my phone to watch cartoon, and it was dropped multiple time, but it every time safe my phone and protect it greatly.

Answer:	I think yes. The design on the iphone 12 pro max rugged case is vey good. They hollowed out on the lens part so it won't do any effect to the pictures shooting. Meanwhile we designed the back cover thicker than the lens so that you could put the phone any where without scratching the lens.

Answer:	I am still actively using it. I think it will last as long as I want to continue to use it. It’s a great case not bulky at all. Can easily fit in my pocket as well as my clutch purse. Answer:	I honestly can’t remember but I don’t think so. There is a metal grommet, so one could easily be attached. Once the wallet is filled with credit cards & money, I’m not sure you would want the weight & bulk attached to your wrist. It is a perfect clutch or slides easily into a small purse.
