Answer:	Note 5. charges to 100% then stops. Then battery starts to deplete and it beeps and starts charging till it gets back to 99%. Does this over and over. Beep, beep, beep. The night before it just stopped charging and depleted to 68% by morning. Who knows with this thing. Thinking there is something that can be done from within the Note's software to tune the relationship between the phone and charger....

Answer:	Otterbox said no then they change the answer to say their cases allowed all features of the phone to work. I will post back Monday or Tuesday when I receive this. It works but you have to play with sitting the phone onn it. Sometimes I can't get it to turn on and have to keep sitting it down on it til blue light comes on. Also if the blue light flashes seem not to be charging need a solid blue light.

Answer:	It is intended to be soundless and, if working properly, it will emit little more than a faint 'whir' like a very quiet fan. However, I've purchased four of these units and within weeks of gentle, as instructed use, three of them have an issue with their fans. On plug-in, the fan makes a VERY loud noise, as if it's loose or struggling. Sometimes it goes away on it's own. Sometimes it requires unplugging and plugging back in (a few times). Either way, it sure doesn't speak to the quality of this product.

Answer:	No. Modern tech usage will keep the battery 'charged' while it's in used. Same as leaving your phone plugged into a wall outlet itself. It'll switch to bypass power and use the income power to power the device. So once it's full, yeah it'll stop charging the battery itself, But no it won't stop giving power. You can only stop it from giving power by ether unplugging it, or removing your phone off the device. Same deal as unplugging your phone from it's power port. Then it switches to full battery mode.
