Answer:	No. Modern tech usage will keep the battery 'charged' while it's in used. Same as leaving your phone plugged into a wall outlet itself. It'll switch to bypass power and use the income power to power the device. So once it's full, yeah it'll stop charging the battery itself, But no it won't stop giving power. You can only stop it from giving power by ether unplugging it, or removing your phone off the device. Same deal as unplugging your phone from it's power port. Then it switches to full battery mode.

The night before it just stopped charging and depleted to 68% by morning. Who knows with this thing. Thinking there is something that can be done from within the Note's software to tune the relationship between the phone and charger....

Answer:	Otterbox said no then they change the answer to say their cases allowed all features of the phone to work. I will post back Monday or Tuesday when I receive this. Also if the blue light flashes seem not to be charging need a solid blue light.

Answer:	Mine only gets hot when charging via the USB port. Never when charging wirelessly. Also you did have to turn the wireless charging ON because it does come on automatically as when using the USB port. This is a good feature that saves power on the battery pack. Also your phone must stay in contact with the power coils. If it is bumped slightly off the power pack will turn off, again this is to save battery. This power pack is best used as a back up for when on a plane, train or any other location where you will not be able to plug into a power outlet.

Answer:	I am not sure where some have gotten their information but the older version will fast wirelessly charge a Samsung S8. I know because I have the older version and it fast charges my S8. The difference between this one and the old one is this one can be a flat pad or a stand and it has three charging coils versus two for bigger phones. However it is correct that you need the appropriate fast charging wall plug and cord for any of them to work correctly.

Answer:	I just received the a Gear4 - D3O Piccadilly Case for my Samsung Galaxy S8+ I bought on Amazon. The case is awesome! Unfortunately the charger will not charge with the case on. The LED lights up on the phone as if it is charging. The light around the charger pad blinks on and off but doesn't charge the phone. It did the same thing with my boyfriends charging pad. I love the case so I'm actually going to return the charger and just use the cord it originally came with!
