Answer:	As of June 2015, the problem still exists, at least with Samsung phones (I have a Galaxy Note 4). Customer service ended up sending me 2 replacements, but the problem remains. It is pretty much unusable for me because of the random beeps and screen flashes.

Answer:	No ...your phone doesn't have any tape on it ...it just sticks on the tape that's on the holder.

Answer:	It lasted a while, but I had to clean it. Eventually, though, what wind up being the problem for me, was that the charger shorted the system and the charger wouldn't charge any more.

Answer:	Hi have you ever used your note 5 on any wireless charger with the case on? That really depends on the thickness of your case and how flat or smooth of the back of your case. The worst case is if the wireless charger holder charges your phone slowly because of the waterproof case, you can charge your phone through the charging cable used for the wireless charging base.
