Answer:	The clamps are metal on the inside (obviously), and a durable plastic on the outside as insulating covers. Looks to be pretty durable, I've had no problems with them. But then, I tend to take care of my toys! :-) This unit, by the way, was an excellent investment...after having owned several less-capable chargers. This one restored my Yellow Top battery back to its full capacity in short order! I own a Tahoe Hybrid and had installed the Yellow Top as a result of standard batteries not holding a full charge after a year or two, and often draining when not running the Tahoe at least once every 4-5 days or so. Can connect full-time to the battery the accompanying cable, making the use of clamps unnecessary! Just have to remember to unplug it!

Answer:	Know that the plug of this product is fixed and you have to purchase a travel adapter to go along with it if you would like to use 3 pins plug.
Question:	Can I use this device to power two HomePod mini's
Answer:	Based purely on the spec's of the HomePod Mini (20W power adapter) and those of this charger (60W total, or 30W simultaneously from both ports), I'd say "yes". Refer to the 5th picture for this charger on Amazon that shows this quite clearly (30W supplied from both ports). I can't say what type of cable/connector you'd need for the HomePod Mini though - Apple seems to omit this detail from their documentation. You'll need more info to figure out the cable side of the equation.
