Answer:	hello, the solar charge function works but takes a lot of time. I think of this more inline with just adding a trickle charge to the battery versus actually charging the battery itself.30000mah (capacity) / 360mah (solar charge rate) = approximate charge time in full sunlight if battery completely dead = 84 hours. The solar panel isn't the intended way to charge the device. It's basically just there to keep the battery topped off.
