Question:	can you turn the lights off
Answer:	Great question, which never occurred to me until you asked: the answer is "no." The only way I can see to turn those blue lights off is to cut the fans off as well. If there is a switch somewhere, I haven't found it. There are two USB inputs on the cooling pad (not sure why), and the lights come on when I turn it on no matter which one I plug into. The USB simply works for "juice" and doesn't even register when you try to see the cooling pad through the PC's properties/management/settings/file explorer features. A light switch would be a definite asset to the pad, and this model doesn't have it.
Question:	I have an HP envy m6 with a slight overheating issue when gaming due to a mostly powerless/tiny fan. Will this cooler help at all
Answer:	Just tested it. Previously, my 17" gaming laptop would instantly die after 20 minutes of playing X-Plane 10. I have the kick stands up on this cooler, and though I hardly have ventilation on the bottom of my laptop, the cooler kept it cool enough that I played for an hour and my laptop kept running full speed. I actually quit the game intentionally this time. Haha. Even the top of the laptop is noticeably cooler (still hot, just not scorching anymore).

Answer:	Congrats on your msi gaming laptop! The physical measurement is 11" x 15". I don't know why it states 15.6" x 17". My custom Lenovo Y700 fits it exactly at 11" x 15". This unit will raise a laptop and circulate air underneath it but I would say that if you're looking for a fan to literally cool your system down for optimal performance I don't know if this is the right one for you. I've seen others on eBay with 5 fans. I am happy with this one but I'm not running my laptop for several hours while gaming. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The USB cord is not that great. I haven't had mine very long and I loved this cooling pad but I've since noticed that the wires are all of sudden exposed at the plug point and it no longer works because they have become disconnected. My cooling pad and laptop literally sit on a table and never move. Disappointed.

Answer:	This will charge about anything. It has (4) 1 amp chargers for things like phones and (2) two amp charges for things like ipads and tablets. I have a note 5 and we typically charge 3 phones 2 tablets and a portable back-up battery at the same time. I actually own (3) of these two at our home up north and one in Florida.

Question:	There appears to a slot for the computer in the center and a shallow slot on one side. what is the side slot for? will it securely hold a usb c dock
Answer:	Actually yes, it can, depending on the orientation of the MacBook. Mine gets a bit warm when using Lightroom, so I have it sitting upside down in the dock so the vents are up top and can release heat freely. This also means your cables will be coming from a higher position as well, and you will either be looking at an upside-down Apple, or the underside of the laptop, but it’s still a handsome setup in my opinion.

Answer:	1 or 2 laptop will not throw this dock off balance. It’s a well made and heavy dock

Answer:	It doesn't seem feasible to remove the OMOTON log since it is encrusted in the aluminium. If I wanted to hide I would simply place in a position that it would not be visible, turned to the wall or backwards.

Question:	How do you guys store this mouse in like a backpack or the similar, since there's no off button
Answer:	I’ve owned this mouse before and if nothing’s changed it will turn off and stay off if it doesn’t receive a signal from the receiver. So if you sleep your computer and press the mouse button, it turns off because there’s no reply. It won’t turn back on until it gets a signal from the receiver again.
Question:	is the mouse wheel smooth or does it click
Answer:	I just started using mine today, the mouse wheel has soft clicks (you feel it), and sometimes you will hear it if you scroll fast. I would NOT want this for gaming but for casual or office use its seems nice, my only complaint is the L/R keys are a bit louder than I like, and might disturb others if your doing a lot of clicking.

Answer:	It has an ON switch that is very annoying. After some time (5-10 min) the mouse goes to sleep. It must be woken up by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. If you walk away or pause for 10 minutes you MUST press the button. It seems like I press the dumb button 10x per day. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't deserve to be in a 4.5-5 star mouse. I'd give it 3 at most because of this dumb design, and I will probably replace it with something a bit ... smarter.

Answer:	As the other individuals have answered, this mouse does take a double A battery, but please note that the battery compartment is super tight, so a rechargeable battery (eneloop pro's) don't fit into this device. Kind of disappointing, as all I use anymore is rechargeable batteries.

Answer:	“completely raised” would be hard to define; there are so many adjustments. When I put the stand in its tallest position, the bottom edge of my Macbook is 4.5” above/off the desktop. And the bottom of my monitor, is 12.5” from the desktop.

Answer:	I have an older version of this product and have been able to use it on my lap without any serious issues. Over time the frame can become uncomfortable on the thighs but it is not slip-slidey or anything and the adjustable height is nice for different comfort positions.

Answer:	It looks like one port is to supply power to it and the second is to permit you to chain a USB device such as a mouse of a cell phone. Why did they go for the funky typeA to typeA rather than a more normal microusb? No clue, but as confusing as it is it does appear to work. To be clear, for the purpose of plugging USB devices into it, there is only ONE port, the second is to provide power to the fans.

Answer:	NO!! This is very misleading. There is NO WAY to turn off the FAN LEDs. Holding the + only turns off the two "decorative" blue lights down by the display, but the fan LEDs stay on.

Answer:	It depends upon the mass of the golf ball and the length and diameter of the hose. I personally conducted testing to determine whether it could in fact do so. The results were somewhat disappointing with a standard-sized garden hose (1" diameter and 50-foot length), and a PGA regulation golf ball. However, results were more favorable when using a Nerf brand golf ball, and a six-inch long stretch of 4-inch diameter PVC ventilation hose. Now, if you seriously want to know whether this device works as advertised, I would say definitely yes. I am using it 24x7 to cool a TiVo Bolt whose design makes it tend to run very hot, and it has reduced the operating temperature significantly.

Question:	Is this stable if you want to hold it on your lap
Answer:	No, I don't think it would work well on your lap. The laptop isn't secured to the stand, and there isn't enough of a base to make it stable on a non-flat, shifting surface. It works extremely well on a flat, stable surface, however.
Question:	Will this work for a 17" HP notebook
Answer:	I have used the stand for other 17" notebooks but not with the HP 17" - i use it for my macbook 15". There are two things you need to consider:1. Max tilt angle of the screen i.e. screen fold back from the body - if its greater than equal to 135 degrees (max on the macbook), then the viewing angle works. Any less, it's not likely to be ergonomic. 2. Is the weight distribution of the HP evenly weighted at the base or weighted to the rear of the machine. If even, then it should work, however, if most of the weight is to the rear, it might be unstable as portion of the rear will stick out from the top of the stand.
Question:	Will this work will for a 13" Macbook
Answer:	Yes absolutely. No problem. It is very nice and I've used it with 13, 15 and 17"

Answer:	If you can open your laptop to 180 degrees, you can set the base to its most veritical setting. The footprint for that is 8.5"w x 9"d. The depth will be longer as you lower the vertical setting.

Answer:	They blow away from the laptop. Even without the fans, just keeping my laptop on it provides adequate circulation.

Answer:	The platform has about 1/2" lip (like a cookbook stand) so your laptop stays in place without concern of sliding off if you have the platform sloped. Also, the platform can be adjusted to be flat and not sloped as the legs have varying degrees that can be set. I have a 17.3" laptop and it fits on the platform with about 1/4" on either side remaining, so the side mouse table when needed is awesome.
Question:	is anyone using this with a 15" macbook pro? stable/solid? if not, how deep are the arms where you put your laptop on
Answer:	It would not stand up if you extended it all the way up. I use it in my recliner and have the last two folded facing away from me and that gives it the leverage I need to use it while sitting and when I finish I can sit is on the table without worrying about it falling over. I guess it is about 7 inches high the way I have it so all the way would be about, and I'm guessing, 21 inches tall, maybe a bit more or less. I can't imagine it standing the way the picture to the left shows. I think if you had a laptop on it it would fall over. Hope this helps.. :)

Answer:	I don't have an AirPod case but from what I read in the reviews I think it depends how thick your AirPod case is. Some say they can charge with the case on and some say they can't.

Answer:	If you mean 'horizontal' to be landscape vs portrait positions, the answer is yes. There is a small charging point for wireless charging capable iPods (gen2), but its too small and low power to charge the phone on a flat position.
Question:	This says 2.4 amps on all 6 ports but only 10 amps total. So if all 6 ports are occupied will it supply 2.4 amps to each or only 1.66 amps to each
Answer:	I tried to turn off the light and it does not work, of course I charge my devices while sleeping. Is there something special you have to do to turn it off. Thanks
