Answer:	Yes to all four! The VERY best sheets I have ever purchased. It took a couple of washings and drying cycles for them to feel comfortable, but they have been perfect since. The fitted sheet is pretty 'thick', even with a pillow top mattress so I use sheet 'suspenders' underneath to keep it pulled tight. Best to take out of dryer as soon as possible so they don't wrinkle. They are nice and cool for sleeping...we don't have A/C here, so that is important during the warmer months.

Answer:	Took it to Thailand November last year. Put a cheap (10 baht, 35 cent US) power plug adapter on it. It worked fine on 220v, just as the specifications stated. I charged cameras, battery packs, phones and tablets simultaneously. I am still using it in the USA.
Question:	I have the anker 40w 5-port high speed desktop and is there any different between them beside an extra port
Answer:	I only have the 60W 6 port so the only comparison I can do is based on specifications. Looks like as well as the extra port, the 6 port offers a total of 60 watts of power compared to 40 watts for the 5 port. I use mne to charge GoPro cameras and remotes.

Question:	I see that several other anker devices are ul certified but this one is not. is this a mistake? is this 10 port device ul certified
Answer:	How can a product that is not CSA, UL, cUL or ETL certified be sold in North America? Contact your insurance company to ask if you have a fire or safety issue due to such a non-compliant and non-certified widget, will they cover the insurance? The answer is no, they will not. Amazon is slipping. This just means that any product made by anyone can submit for CE or FCC testing, both are not difficult to obtain from accredited test houses but are not stringent like the other standards. ETL is an estimated $10k-$50k USD for compliance testing.
Question:	Am I correct in assuming this will support the kindle fire hd
Answer:	This device can output as much as 2.4 Amps, or 12 watts maximum, per port. I believe the Kindle Fire HD requires only 1.8 Amps (9 watts), so this unit should be able to charge it at maximum speed. Note that you would not be able to charge ten Kindle Fires at the same time, as that could potentially require 90W, but it would work for several tablets and a bunch of phones at the same time. I've used mine with 3 tablets, 3 phones, and an external battery charging at the same time with no problem.

Answer:	This is not a USB hub. It is intended to provide power outputs only. You will not be able to use it to provide additional USB connection ports for a device. This Anker product provides up to 2.4 amps per port (max 12 amps total), so it should be able to handle a good mix of ten tablets, phones, and other devices, or up to 5 full size iPads at once. I've been using mine for a few months now, and it still deserves my 5 star review.Note that if you are planning to use a USB hub (not this product) for charging, the standard USB 2.0 spec provides for only 500 ma (one half amp) per port power output, while the USB 3.0 spec provides for 900ma (0.9 amps). For comparison, an iPhone is looking for 1 amp to charge at full speed, while an iPad wants 2.1 amps, so a hub will likely be inadequate for your charging needs, and may even shut down if you try to use it that way. I would not recommend any hub product if your primary need is multi-port charging.

Answer:	I haven’t tried it yet but it would cover up the recharging metal contacts on the new battery cover door so don’t think it’ll work anyway.

Answer:	It only works for Quest 2.
Question:	Does this work with the elite strap and battery? This changes the charging of the headset to the back
Answer:	You are not able to charge the battery in the strap when using this dock, and you have to unplug it (the extra battery) from the Oculus itself so that you can plug it into the charging base. It's not a wireless charger. This is obviously NOT an elegant solution.
Question:	The middle light never turns green even after it finishes charging and stays orange. Is this normal
Answer:	The middle LED will only turn green when the current draw of the headset is less than 150mA. Please check if your Headset is turned off. If not, the LED will remain orange since the headset draw more than 150mA when standby.

Answer:	According to the description: "Superior Safety: Overload protection and a fire-retardant casing ensure complete protection for you and your devices." Since it does not specify surge protection, and since, according to another answer, it will work on 240 VAC, it does not have a surge protector. If it had a surge protector and was plugged into 240 VAC, the surge protector would kick in causing a small explosion.

Answer:	The output of the USB ports is 5V-3.6A, three ports share the total output ( 2.4A max per port ).

Answer:	I have contacted Anker on this. Was confusing to me that it was stamped 125~. This was there response. “The PowerPort Cube can work with input voltage 90V - 264V. For travel use, PowerPort Cube is designed to be compatible with all standard wall outlet voltages worldwide. I also attach a video and a picture for your reference. About the input--125V/10A located on the product and specification, it is the standard design for the US. In addition, according to the new changes in FCC(Federal Communications Commission) certification requirements, we are not allowed to print "90V - 264V" on the product itself. That's why it's different from the previous power strips. However, the function works the same.” So... yes it can be used overseas as long as you have the appropriate plug adapter for the plug end of the PowerPort cube. Just remember if you use it this way, don’t forget that if you plug anything into the cube in this fashion, the device you plug in would need to be capable of 240 V also. This is not a converter. The USB outputs will work fine.

Q1: Will this dock work with any laptop? How do I make sure my laptop works with this dock？

A: This dock works with laptops with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery. To confirm the USB-C port function of your laptop, consult your user manual or contact your laptop’s manufacturer. If your USB-C port doesn’t support DisplayPort Alt Mode, you won’t receive video output. If your USB-C port doesn’t support Power Delivery, the dock will work correctly with video and data (including audio and Ethernet), but would not be able to supply charging to your laptop.

Q2: Can I use my own USB-C cable to connect the dock to my laptop?

A: We recommend that you use the 3 ft USB-C cable that comes with the dock, however any other USB-C cable with support for USB 3.1 Gen 2 and 85W Power Delivery should work.

Q3：How many monitors does the dock support and what is the maximum resolution supported?

A: This dock supports connection to three external monitors: 2 via HDMI and 1 via DisplayPort. 1. Single Monitor Resolution: 4K@60Hz (for DisplayPort 1.4) or 4K@30Hz (for DisplayPort 1.2); 2. Dual Monitor Resolution: 2 x 2K@60Hz (for DisplayPort 1.4) or 2 x 1080p@60Hz (for DisplayPort 1.2); 3. A: Yes, the USB-C Power Delivery port (indicated by “PD”) supports up to 18W fast-charging for iPhone 8 and later, Nexus 5X/Nexus 6P, Google Pixel/Pixel 3XL, Samsung S9/S10/S20/Note 9/ Note 10, LG V30+/V40, and Sony XZ2 Premium/XZ3. The front USB-A port supports 7.5W fast charging for Apple Watch/AirPods.

Q6: Is this dock compatible with computers that have a Thunderbolt 3 port?

A: Yes, however, it can only deliver a maximum bandwidth of 10Gbps, so it cannot not reach the maximum bandwidth of Thunderbolt 3 (40Gbps).
