Answer:	Not sure. Mine is setup with the dimmer module connected to the usb and the led strip is plugged into the other side of the dimmer module. The remote did not require any connection set up. I would guess that the dimmer module is lowering the output voltage and that is how the led strip is being dimmed.

Answer:	I bought this based upon the Reviewer from Dec. 29th 2019's feedback and discovered everything they said is wrong. It does not keep the Fire TV Stick powered when the USB Port on the TV is turned off. When I purchased this unit myself I charged it via a standard USB Charger Block as the instructions said that any USB charging source could be used and after hours of charging decided to move it to the TV and I powered up everything and watched TV for another few hours and decided to test the unit by turning off the TV for a few minutes and noticed that the Blue dots on the device went out immediately and after 3 min. turned the TV back on and the Fire TV 4K Stick did a cold boot! The battery inside this device doesn't keep the Fire TV 4K Stick powered at all when the USB port is turned off. I don't see any reason to own this device as I have a USB 3.0 port on my Samsung TV and it seems to power the Fire TV 4K Stick just fine! I play 4K Ultra Content all of the time and have not seen any issues previously so maybe they are talking about very old TV sets that only had USB 2.0 ports? Otherwise, save your money.

Answer:	Offhand my advice is to return it. I first installed this on a TV that had a DVD player attached I ran into the problem you had however I had another TV without a DVD player I was able to put a password in but I couldn't get it to change the screen. I even left it on for several hours no change. I had a 2nd streaming kit it starts with an “R” it worked as soon as I was done with all the steps.

Answer:	As you can see, the manufacturer was VERY careful to only say "Streaming TV Stick" or just "TV Stick" everywhere. They specifically avoided saying "Fire TV Stick." Very clever, but technically doesn't violate any rules, I don't think.

This short cable has some utility outside of Fire TV. For under $5, it's worth having. I'd be upset if I'd paid $5.01.

Answer:	If you look at the original post in November 2017, there was no difference between the colors....just the color. In 2018 Bestek came out with the wireless charger. So the snarky comment made in August 2018 doesn't apply to this question.

Answer:	I have ripped mine open, and I can tell you that the quality of the components and the wiring is very, very good. No "cheap Chinese junk" here! The USB power supplies have actual intelligent circuit boards, with each bank of thee supplied by it's own circuitry. No cheap transformer, diode-and-capacitor here! Good stuff. Very well made, clean inside, good soldering job. Excellent quality stuff. Moments after opening mine and noting the excellent workmanship, I immediately ordered another one!
Question:	The lights of three of the usb outlets are blinking on and off not charging. Is there a fix
Answer:	I purchased a USB power strip with wireless charger 8 outlet surge protector, 40 watt 6 unit usb charging port from Amazon on October 28, 2019 and 3 of the usb ports on the same size are blinking and no longer work. The other ports worked for a while but are limitely charging. The wireless charger on the top seems to be working I liked the unit but for the money and the short time it worked, I would not purchase it again. I will also make sure I check the return time allotted.
