Since it's right above your head on the visor, if you're riding with someone else (like my wife) who doesn't want to listen to what you're listening to, you can play it a little quieter, still hear it, and not bug them as much as if using the car speakers.That said, this thing can also play through your car stereo (there's an FM button) so if your car is like mine and doesn't have an Aux input I can still play my stuff through the car speakers and it does pretty well. We live in sort of a rural place so are not competing for FM frequencies too much. It may not be as good in a city where you would get stronger or weaker signals interfering when driving from spot to spot. It's definitely not as good as a wired connection. |
