Answer:	Every kit has a couple of spare bands in the box. You can't purchase exactly the same bands separately, but there are others that can be used with this mount. Just search for "bike mount replacement rubber bands"
Question:	Is rotation of phone to its horizontal position possible? (Shown being held only in the vertical position, but does the holder allow side rotation
Answer:	Yes. The clips on the sides seem to hold it very securely, and may even be better in the horizontal position. The ONLY issue is that I cannot get all four corners of the band around all four corners of the phone because I have a case on it to protect it more from the weather. That being said, I put my phone, with the case, in the mount and jerked it around very hard and the phone didn't move a bit. I am not worried at all about putting it on the motorcycle.
Question:	How do I order a replacement part? The stretchy rubber part broke

Answer:	Shorter stud mount? Not that I've seen. They do offer an older model with shorter teeth. They made this one with bigger teeth to handle bigger cases, but I've never seen them do one with a shorter mount. Sorry.

Answer:	I found a Pixel 3's dimensions are, 7.9mm thick x 68.2mm wide x 145mm long. The narrowest my holder can be tightened down to is 59mm, so the Pixel 3 is not too narrow to fit. I can open my holder to at least 99mm wide, so the Pixel 3 is not too wide to fit. The holder will easily take a 12mm+ phone/case, so you are OK there as well, even with a large case like an Otterbox.

Question:	can i use this on a 50 cc dirt bike i have a zte avid plus
Answer:	Am not sure. It fits bicycle definitely but you are talking about bikes. It night fit but the problem would be possibilities of moving out of position since even if my bicycle gets more jerks i need to adjust a bit to bring the mount back to position. Although it does not happen frequently but yeah it does. With dirt bike am assuming for the jerks it might not be the best buy for u.
Question:	Is there a way to tighten down the ball joint to prevent it from moving? Can't seem to get it tight enough
Answer:	My husband and I both got one, and it hasn't moved during a ride yet, so maybe your's was defective and a little more loose than it should be? Although, we haven't tried going offroad more than just some in the grass and a little gravel, so it's possible in rougher terrain that maybe it would get knocked around. On the side that attaches to the bike, you have to unscrew the black ring first and put that over the ball joint, THEN you pop the ball joint into the socket, then you tighten the ring back on. If you're doing that and it's still having issues, then I'm not sure. :( Sorry.

Answer:	I have been using it for over 2 years and more than 25,000 miles, through about 15 states. I have hit 100 mph when passing a few times, 80 mph for sustained periods in those western states that allow it. There has never been any hint of it coming loose or dropping the phone. I almost always use the rubber straps, but even when I don't, I have never had a problem with the clamp holding the phone securely. It is behind the windscreen, which certainly helps, but I still think it would be safe at normal speeds

Answer:	You can’t adjust the angle. I guess you could mount horizontally on handle bars in stead of the stem and then be able to rotate the mount by pushing it back or forward .
Question:	Do they sell the mounting plates separately? I got a new phone
Answer:	I’ve bought two and both ripped off my phone, of course after heavy use. Great phone mount but I hate to keep buying the whole set when i just need the mounting plate. I’m in search for the same answer. Makes sense they would make a multipack so you could mount it on several phones or in case it rips off, or maybe even if you accidentally mount it wrong and need to fix the position.
Question:	Does the Universal Adapter come off easy from the case of the phone so you do not have a bulky piece while not using the bike mount
Answer:	My phone had a magnetic piece on already because of my car mount so I used another case just for the bike. Though, it does come with a small magnetic piece that you could (and I did) place in your car.
