Answer:	I do not have that issue. Try adjusting the vent so the rubber prong are snug. I place my phone so the Mpow circle is in the middle of my phone. I have an Apple 6.

Answer:	I can't guarantee that it will since I haven't tested one out yet but I don't know if you read my review but i used two plates within my case and two magnetic vent holders. I did this because the weight of my phone and magnetic grip was great for my iPhone 7 Plus in the apple leather case. Not because one wouldn't hold it but because i wanted that extra strong grip. I would recommend you doing the same even if your using the iPhone 7+ and the mophie charging case. (you didn't specify wich phone you had) Just because charging cases thicker than most common cases. I did test just 1 holder with my iPod touch in an otter box with the metal plate in between the 1st layer (soft rubber exterior) and 2nd layer (hard plastic) of the case and it worked really good. I am 99% confident that if you have the iPhone 7+ in a mophie case and use the two holder technique that I used it will hold it. Answer:	I have the IPhone 8 Plus and only the main larger car mount piece that has the bendable arm and attaches to your windshield fits my phone (with & without cases on). The other 2 car mount attachments are to weak to hold it so it always will either tilt down or my phone just will fall off altogether. Not to mention the smaller wind shield attachment (the one without the bendable arm) my iPhone 8 Plus can’t even be used with it because the phone is too tall so it hits the windshield & dashboard causing it to just hang down so you can’t see your screen. I’ve attached pix in my review if you want to check it out.

Answer:	It took me a second but they fold from the middle out. The hinge is on the out part and the hook is tucked into the middle. Once you figure that out it's easy.

Answer:	I dk what reviews are fake or real, but I do know this product works very well! There is a convenient release button on the back that springs open the sides and allows an easy removal of the phone, which (when squeezed) has a ratchet system to hug the phone when you are ready to use it again. The clamp that holds it to the vent is fully adjustable and the switch is easy to operate which locks it in place. I think you will be very pleased.
Question:	I have an otter box on my iphone 6s plus. Will the mount still fit
Answer:	I have an iPhone 8 plus with a Spigen Herringbone case and Ring holder on the back and have been using this holder for a year now with no issues. Yes, the phone does not fit perfectly in to the holder and does stick out but there is still enough grip from the sides and with it tilted up to my view point in my car, Mazda CX5, the phone has never fallen out. At least not yet. I have tried a LOT of holders and this has been the best one I have found to date. I am buying 2 right now for my parents. My dad was driving my car while I was out of the country last month and the holder mysteriously disappeared when I went to get the car back. :)

Answer:	It can hold S8 but not Note8 or Note9 (Note series are too heavy). Even with S8, overtime it will just get loose.. We had to put in a plastic piece to make it clam stronger on the air vent. Personally I think the design can be improved

Installation Instrustions

1. Hold the car mount with your hands and unscrew the lock washer on the back. (Do not throw away this washer) Place circular ball on lever through lock washer.

2. Insert the ball into the slot in the back of the mount.

3. Tighten the lock washer back onto the mount.

4. The unit is now assembled.

5. Use the bi-directional lever to clamp the mount to your air vent. One way will be tighter than the other.

6. Adjust your mount to the desired position and you are ready to go!

7. Simply open the sides with the button on the back of the mount and place your cell phone or device in the mount and close the sides to secure it. Then use the quick release button on the back to remove your device.
