Answer:	I dk what reviews are fake or real, but I do know this product works very well! There is a convenient release button on the back that springs open the sides and allows an easy removal of the phone, which (when squeezed) has a ratchet system to hug the phone when you are ready to use it again. The clamp that holds it to the vent is fully adjustable and the switch is easy to operate which locks it in place. I think you will be very pleased.
Question:	I have an otter box on my iphone 6s plus. Will the mount still fit
Answer:	I have an iPhone 8 plus with a Spigen Herringbone case and Ring holder on the back and have been using this holder for a year now with no issues. Yes, the phone does not fit perfectly in to the holder and does stick out but there is still enough grip from the sides and with it tilted up to my view point in my car, Mazda CX5, the phone has never fallen out. At least not yet. I have tried a LOT of holders and this has been the best one I have found to date. I am buying 2 right now for my parents. My dad was driving my car while I was out of the country last month and the holder mysteriously disappeared when I went to get the car back. :)

Answer:	It can hold S8 but not Note8 or Note9 (Note series are too heavy). Even with S8, overtime it will just get loose.. We had to put in a plastic piece to make it clam stronger on the air vent. Personally I think the design can be improved

Installation Instrustions

1. Hold the car mount with your hands and unscrew the lock washer on the back. (Do not throw away this washer) Place circular ball on lever through lock washer.

2. Insert the ball into the slot in the back of the mount.

3. Tighten the lock washer back onto the mount.

4. The unit is now assembled.

5. Use the bi-directional lever to clamp the mount to your air vent. One way will be tighter than the other.

6. Adjust your mount to the desired position and you are ready to go!

7. Simply open the sides with the button on the back of the mount and place your cell phone or device in the mount and close the sides to secure it. Then use the quick release button on the back to remove your device.

2. Insert the ball head into the socket of clamp head until you hear a "click".
3. Tighten the screw nut1.The tighter the nut, the harder it is to rotate the clamp head.
4. Loosen the screw nut2 until it attaches to the screw nut1.
5. Make the clip hook downward and pull open the clip plate, push the hook into the air vent grille to catch a blade, then release the spring clip plate to make it fix to the air vent.
6. Make sure the product is already installed stably, then tighten the screw nut2. Installation complete!!

Answer:	You should not have a problem with heat slowing the phone down. I had that happen to me once and I'm a field tech. I also point the vents at the roof of my car which evenly distributes the air and diverts away from the phone. These big mounts usually prevent the phone from getting too hot too. However, I'm in TX and I can't use a windshield mount. The mount will melt right off the suction cup in a matter of several months and I'm stuck buying another one.

It is the first holder I've found that fits my iPhone6 inside of a Mophie battery case, and holds it snugly while driving. iPhone5 is about the same size as a 6, as I recall. Installation Instructions

1. Unscrew the nut1, place it on the ball of the phone mount clip.
2. Insert the ball into the back of the adjustable clamp head until you hear a "Click".
3. Tighten the nut1. The tighter the nut, the harder it is to rotate the clamp head.
4. Loosen the nut2 at the end of the phone mount clip and make the hook stretch out to the right length. (If not sure, you can adjust the hook to the max length).
5. Make the clip hook downward, then press the button to make the vent clip open and clamp the air vent blade.
6. Make sure the vent clip clamps the air vent blade, then tighten the nut2 at the end of the clip so that the hook will catch the vent blade tightly. Installation complete!

Answer:	Maybe. I have a life proof case and I can tell it sticks to the magnet with less strength than my friends phone. They have a thinner phone case.
Question:	I have a privacy screen on my phone, I'm I going to be able to tilt the phone in my direction
Answer:	As indicated tilting is limited by the car vent you are attached to. There is also a stick on the dash version of this product that I also have that can tilt in many directions. All of these products also can be turned clockwise/counterclockwise with a clicking indicating a new position when turning left or right. Very handy! Stick on dash version has turning left or right with a click for position plus tilt in many directions. I use this for GPS or landscape and portrait orientation switching for my phone.I love these WizGear products and there are much cheaper and not so good knock-offs. Stick with WizGear is my suggestion.
Question:	Does the magnetic plate you attach to your phone/case affect wireless charging
Answer:	Using either the complete disk or the complete rectangle anywhere on Galaxy 9 disables wireless charging. I cut the rectangle into small pieces and stuck them to the inside of the phone case around the camera hole. This way the wireless charging works, and the mount does its job perfectly.
Question:	Do the magnets have any adverse affect on the phone itself? I have a iphone 6s
Answer:	I worried about that also. The plate that stick to your phone is not magnetic. The magnet it's self does nothing to your phone. I drive with my GPS going all the time as I travel for work. No issues at all. I just bought 2 more for my cars at home.

Answer:	I would assume so but it isn't very adhesive honestly I have to wet the sticky part for it to stick to my dash

Question:	How wide is the cradle? (How wide can a phone be before it won't fit
Answer:	I used this for my iPhone 8 Plus with an Otterbox Defender on it (not a slim combo) and it was plenty wide enough.
