Answer: The Seto Iseya series of knives have 33 layers of damascus steel. The i-6 is the nakiri style blade, which is the same one I have, which I love btw. Each different style Iseya knife has a different i name, e.g. i-2, i-3, etc. There is no i-33 that I am aware of, I believe that is just referring to the blade layering. These knives are extremely sharp, and the nikiri is superb at chopping vegetables. It is my go to for my food prep.
Question: Can these replace a 20 x10 x12 tire
Answer: The gyuto is the closest to a western chef knife. The santoku is a multi-purpose knife. Either of these models would do anything you required in the kitchen

Answer: Really wouldn’t recommend too much driving on asphalt or hard terrain. My tires already have cracks and splits and i mostly keep it on the dirt. These are an extremely hard tire, and even with them aired down, they ride rough. Great tires in the mud and snow. Wouldn’t recommend them for basic trail riding or road use.

Question: Does this fit a 2018 ram 1500 quad cab sport model
Answer: I definitely would not recommend these tires on any other vehicle other than a quad/atv. They are extremely rough riding tires and I've heard some horror stories about how well they hold up on pavement. Better to find some actual jeep/truck tires.
