Answer:	Not sure how to answer. These were new in December but I love them. Very sturdy and I have a high arch foot and these are really comfortable

Answer:	They aren’t heavy to me. My scale weighed them together at 2.4lbs. It’s a flat insole but isn’t uncomfortable. I haven’t wore them out yet so not sure how comfortable they are with long wear.
