Answer: | I agree with Theresa. There are days where you don’t need a lot of space. You can probably modify the exercises that require more space. Just fyi there’s a 10 minute warm-up and a 10 minute cool down with 3 minute rest periods in between circuits. So workouts are at least 37 minutes if you do the pre-training weeks and at least 47 minutes for the 12 week program. Hope this helps. |

Answer: | These are significantly larger than most of the other exercise cards out there. Most are the size of a regular deck of playing cards. Ours are much larger at 3.5"x5". Answer: | I have not used at a gym, but I definitely think you could. I don't see any reason why not. What I have done for my workouts at home is pick 6-8 cards and do a circuit. 1 min each exercise, then repeat. Hope this helps. |
