Answer:	Hey Zachary,Yes, Straight Cleaner should help with those. I'd remove as much of the tackyness as you can from the leather with a soft, lightly damp rag first. After you've gotten as much residue as possible off of the surface, apply Straight Cleaner. Your leather may need a few cleaning sessions with Straight Cleaner, but you should begin to see results within the first few days. Don't forget to test the recipe in a discrete area before applying it!
Question:	Is the product dishwasher safe
Answer:	I used it on a medium brown leather wallet that had some scuff & scratches. It is now a very dark brown even after drying. It will change the original color so beware. However, it is great for black leather. I reconditioned a handbag and it looked beautiful.

Answer:	Unfortunately, I do not have a recliner. However, I have used this product on a leather sofa for about a year. I have not experienced the "sqeaky leather" effect that occurs with some products. After applying it, the feel, texture and suppleness of the leather do not change. I hope this helps.
Question:	Can I just use 2 layers of them
Answer:	I use Hide Bracer leather cleaner/conditioner on my leather furniture that really isn't soiled. I use it to protect and keep the leather soft. However on the back of a recliner where my husband rests his head it does develope a certain amount of oil buildup on the leather. Hide Bracer does completely remove this residue plus it helps to protect the leather. I suggest you try using this product on a small area on the chair arm to see if it will remove the arm grease.

Answer:	I had to look up what a Packit is and since I've never used this item, I'm going to base my response to you like I responded to the person inquiring about the use of an ice pack in a lunch box with the thermos: I believe that it would cool your food if your cooler is designed to cool food. Your food MIGHT stay maybe luke warm, if its only in that iced environment for a little while. Otherwise I would deduce that the Packit would win out and cool everything...even in a regular lunch box the food in the thermos isn't piping hot after hours of sitting. Try it and let us know what happens, I'm curious...good luck. This would make an interesting middle school science project...

Answer:	The first set we got had a few tabs break. I was impressed enough with the concept of using just one tray instead of umpteen lids and containers that I bought a couple dozen more (6 school age children) they are more cheaply made. They are busting at corners , lids cracking and they don't fit the containers/lids from previous purchase. I came looking to see if they've fixed these issues but don't see that they have. :( now I'm not sure what direction to go....

3. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Flip it and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat this step with the remaining tortillas, kale mixture, and cheese. You will have 2 quesadillas.
4. Let the quesadillas cool on a cutting board for 5 minutes. Cut each into 4 wedges and serve. If packing for lunch, let cool completely before placing in the bento box.
