Answer:	I think they would be great for a 3 year old. I'm not sure why others say they wouldn't be. I got them for my 20 month old daughter. Granted all children/babies have different development and stages of learning and enjoyment, but these little cups have a lot to offer babies and children of all ages. And as an adult I am impressed with them as well. It's a steal of a deal at less than $4 including shipping. I was surprised and impressed to see that each cup had a number on the bottom as well as different shaped holes depending on the number. Many children and even adults I imagine lol are not going to get that concept, but it by no means necessitates that they couldn't and shouldn't enjoy playing with the cups. My baby loves to line them up and put things and out of them, and she wanted to bring the biggest blue one into the pool with us so it worked awesomely as an 8-holed sprinkler. Anyways, they are cute, fun, and have more to offer as the child progresses and learns and understands new concepts and things. I'm glad I got them for my baby when she was not even 2 and I hope that you got them for the 3 year old toddler despite weird people telling you not to, or if you haven't since you asked that question last November hopefully now you will get them for the nearly 4 year old. No reason not to!

Answer:	Most have 3 double sided . Space for only 3 names/address on each side (ie space for 18 names total). A few letters only 2 double sided. Example X,Y,Z only have 2 in my book (12 names). You do receive 4 additional address pages but not able to insert where you want. Book is bound. Beautiful book but I would have liked at least one additional page per letter. . Also includes separate birthday & Christmas card list pages.

Answer:	My son still uses this and he's nearly 14 months, I also doubt we'll be putting it away anytime soon he loves it so much. He crawls in & out of it & puts his toys in it. My son isn't very big though, 17lbs & I'm not sure how tall. You can inflate & deflate the ring to make it as high & firm as you like or softer & easier to climb over. Sitting inside the ring my son has his legs slightly curled under him. Sitting in the ring it's not entirely supportive but if they wobble & fall over the sides catch them & it's not a big fall. There's lots to look at, touch & move, and it's easy to assemble. I asked my brother for advice, he had one for his 2 sons & they loved it. It also protects a younger child from a rougher older sibling! It would hold a good resale value if he didn't like it.
