    Winston Churchill (Gary Oldman)

A longtime member of parliament, Winston Churchill is appointed Prime Minister of Great Britain in May of 1940 as Nazi troops are spreading across Europe. As the battlefront nears closer to England and with the entire British Army trapped at Dunkirk, he is immediately faced with a daunting choice: attempt a peace treaty with the Nazis to save his citizens or rally the war-weary nation behind the continued fight against tyranny.

    Clementine Churchill (Kristin Scott Thomas)

Churchill's wife of 31 years at the time is both his emotional support and his intellectual equal. His adored 'Clemmie' is his most trusted confidante as well as critic, and is essential in helping him shape his strategic policy.

    King George VI (Ben Mendelsohn)

King George reluctantly appoints Churchill to Prime Minister in May of 1940 as the threat of a Nazi invasion of Great Britain looms.

    Elizabeth Layton (Lily James)

Elizabeth is Churchill's extremely loyal and attentive secretary. She begins working for him early in his appointment to Prime Minister as he writes several extremely important speeches crucial to bolstering the morale and patriotism of the public as the war rages on.

    Lord Halifax (Stephen Dillane)

Lord Halifax is Foreign Secretary of the U.K. when Churchill is appointed Prime Minister. Not trusting Churchill's instincts, he advocates for negotiating a peace treaty with Germany at odds with Churchill's belief that any treaty would endanger the U.K.'s sovereignty and would radically change the balance of power throughout Europe.

    User questions & answers

    Question: I'm a size 9 shoe should I get a medium or medium/large fin
Answer: The product states ML-PRO = (9-10.5) in Men shoe sizes. Thank you for your inquiry. Wholesale Surf Shop.
Question: I’m a shoe size 10 1/2, ordered m/l, way too small, should i exchange for a l or xl
Answer: I don’t know for sure but I would advise you to go for a Large. Because I’m a shoe size 13 and I ordered an XL
Question: Why is your size chart wrong
Answer: I never said it was wrong. You guys have to keep in mind that these are fins. Size are approximations. It is not like regular shoes. The trick is to choose the good « scale » for you. Because if it’s too tight it will hurt and if it’s too big it’s even worse because you can’t have power and apply pressure on the fins... and a loose foot inside the fin will rub against it and you’ll get blisters... So choose carefully. Me for example I’m a size 13 so i took XL.
Question: I ordered the Black and Orange ones, specifically my order says black and orange, why was i shipped black? How can i replace with right color
Answer: Guys these kind of questions should be taken to amazon customer service. Fallow the help section on the website and it will lead you to it, for God’s sake, doesn’t it sound logical to you guys ?? 😳

    Product description

"Eminent historian David Starkey (Monarchy) tells the parallel stories of the two greatest war leaders in British history, both of whom were named Churchill. It is well known that Winston Churchill led Britain and her allies to victory against Hitler in World War II; less well-remembered is John Churchill, first Duke of Marlborough, who battled a much earlier would-be dictator of Europe, the Sun King Louis XIV of France. John Churchill was not only Winston’s ancestor, but he was also his inspiration and subject; Winston was a writer and historian before he was Prime Minister, authoring a massive, million-word biography of John Churchill, titled Marlborough: His Life and Times. Starkey argues that it was the decade he spent immersed in history, working on Marlborough that turned Winston from a politician into a great statesman, and prepared him for the immense task of leading the nation against Nazi Germany.
