This is the same thing happening to me, however to respond to the commenter about having it on backwards, I had installed it the other way around originally and it came off, so i reversed it and now i see a mirror reflection at night inside my home. During the day, when i go outside to try and look through my windows, I can not see in and at night I can see in, but its darkened. During the day when the sun isn't reflecting my windows, I can see out them, and at night, I can kinda see out them, but not so well. Answer:	I actually have 2 different methods for you! The first one is also in the product instructions: Sterilize the face roller head in alcohol solution before and after use. Clean and pat skin dry. Gently roll the derma roller horizontally, vertically and diagonally (4-5 times in each direction) in desired areas. Finish with a serum, mask or moisturizer. Use once a week for optimal results. And remember to replace the roller every 1-2 months. This is VERY important: do not use with active acne, eczema, raised moles/ warts, psoriasis or keratosis. If you want to be even more thorough, I would suggest the following: fill a bowl with water and soap and agitate in the water to remove any blood, skin, sebum in the device as always alcohol will not remove this. Be careful not to hit the needles against the sides of container, and then rinse with water. You can then leave it in 70% alcohol solution for several minutes, remove from alcohol and allow to dry. Answer:	After comparing the pink to the purple...the pink one has two bigger 0.29 Derma rollers. The 1200 needle and the one that is 12 needle, use for topical skin ( nose?). But I found out that I need at least the 0.50 or 0.75 or even bigger to work on wrinkles. Pink less in cost, bigger roller and nose thing. Purple offers less with higher costs.
