Question:	Can you use essential oils in this unit
Answer:	No you can not! I learned the hard way by doing so. I had a bad cold and I put some Eucalyptus oil in the water tank with the water. What it ended up doing is warping the plastic opening and after about 2 uses after, the cap just fell apart so I had to throw that away. I can still use it, but I have to add the water by hand.

Answer:	I guess it depends on coarseness of hairs. I’m a natural blonde, so I have a lot of peach fizz. This works, but amazingly one can grow back in 1-2 days that’s 5 inches long. Answer:	Yes, When you essentially "cut" or trim or shave the hair you are creating a blunt edge. When that edge is exposed at the skin's surface it is not actually thicker, it has the illusion of being thicker because of that blunt edge. When you "tweeze" or wax or pull the hair from the root the hair grows back entirely which makes it have more of a pointed edge which has the illusion of being thinner or pointed rather than a blunt edge that was cut. But with this device the hairs are cut so you are getting a blunt edge which will make your hair appear thicker when grown back which leads you to constant use of the product.

Answer:	I usually stay away about 1-2 feet to prevent from burning my face. It may need to add more water or maybe some parts were not installed properly? I would double check, sometimes we may miss a small detail. Let it run on without using it, maybe it needs a cleaning. I hope it's useful and good luck!

Answer:	Yes.i use this mainly during cough and cold..your face should be a little far thats it...you can inhale using nose and mouth ...very effective....also during winters when the air is dry in the room it helps moisturize the nasal passage for a better sleep..at least for me

Answer:	No cover, However the top part comes off so you can clean it. It screws on and off. However, I would keep it in a cupboard or in the box when you dont' use it. Or put a towel over it to keep out direct and dust if you are concerned.

Answer:	Some handles are plastic, others are wood. I’ve read some comments that the wood-handled ones don’t last in the disinfectant solution.
Question:	how to take the back off
Answer:	The bristles are very soft. They do pick up product nicely but if you’re using a firm clay, it may not pick up directly from the jar. I use a Spatula to remove the clay mask from the jar and place it on the top of my hand. Then the brush picks up perfectly from my hand.
