| Answer: | There is an automatic shut off, so when the warmer gets to the temperature that it is set to, it stops warming. If the wax starts to cool down, it will turn back on and keep heating it to the temperature chosen. This is so it doesn't get hotter than desired. As for the wax cans, we use the size here, 4 ¾ IN x 4 ¾ IN x 2 ¾ IN. If it is smaller than this size it will not be able to warm all sides of the pot. :) |

| Answer: | You would use this, by wetting towels and adding an oil to them for scent if wanted, ring out the water to keep them damp, roll up towel and place in hot towel cabby. Plug in, push the power button on the right front side and it will start to get hot. You can do this with dry towels as well. Do not leave wet towels in it overnight, turn off overnight and keep the door open. Enjoy! We love ours! |
