Answer:	The hand/arm rest goes up and down, the breast support is adjustable for taller/shorter clients, and the seat can also be adjusted for different heights. For the price, it's a very nice chair. Sometimes I place a blanket across the leg rest, where the lower shin rests, for more comfort.

Answer:	If your chair is under warranty, contact the seller and see if they will send you the parts or exchange the chair. I haven't had any trouble with the chair. I am a Massage Therapist and have several chairs. My Oakworks face cradle lock broke and also a cable. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me the parts. It was out of warranty so I had to pay for the parts, but it wasn't much.

Answer:	Yes. The face vision is attached to the support plate by Velcro, so it can be frequently changed. The support plate pivots and can be parallel to the ground.

Answer:	I believe there is at least a year; my headrest broke about a year in, I contacted Master MC and they sent one (for free) right away :-)

Answer:	Not sure of the exact dimensions, I would say it is slightly bigger than the average massage chair. The seat is especially big in comparison to most which I like. My only complaint would be that the head rest doesn't go down low enough for my shorter clients, I have to stack a couple of blankets under them. Overall good quality though and I love the carry case with wheels!

Answer:	Seat goes as low as 18" and as high as 23-3/4" (fully assembled). This measurement is for the stool that has the 4 inches of foam. I'm not sure if it is still offered that way, so I am just mentioning this.
