Question:	Can the lumbar back rest be removed
Answer:	Installed mine recently. Ballast turned from green to red. UV bulb was still burning brightly. Swapped bulbs. Ballast still red but the new UV bulb the same brightness as the old. Swapped ballasts. New ballast showed green and UV bulb same brightness. Second ballast now showing yellow but no change in the UV bulb intensity. As long as the UV bulb stays at the same high intensity I'm going to ignore the ballast indicator light color.

My best guess (wish I could say I'm 100% sure) is because it's a "closed" system; meaning that there is no where for the water to go I think all the water should stay where it should be. The inlet and outlet tubes are all secure and I can't think of why any of the water would leak out. Hope someone else will give a better answer. Hope I was able to help a little

Answer:	The short answer is YES! My chair does not work and my husband has been going back and forth with the seller trying to resolve the issue. We were initially willing to troubleshoot if the problem was an easy fix, but it appears that the seller wants us to go above and beyond what should be expected for a NEW product. I, at this point, just want a refund. Hopefully, Amazon will be easier to deal with than this particular seller moving forward. Apparently, the size of the chair is a big obstacle for the seller when it comes to returning it. I'll let you know how things turn out.

Answer:	DO NOT Purchase this item. I have a very bad experience with this company. I enjoyed the chair while it lasted. IN under 18 months the chair broke, the pressure wouldn't build. I had a 3 years warranty from manufacturer. No email responses, no one calls you back. I called them like 30 times and left messages. Practically no customer service. You will have to spend over $400 to ship yourself. I purchased a chair in COSTCO for $1150. reliable and I can return in next 3 years if it breaks.
