Question:	Some say the sides are not lit at the bottom. I need to see into my mouth. Is the light sufficient for this
Answer:	I checked my mirror and I see that the light is not lit toward the bottom of each light. That being said, there is adequate light to see into one's mouth. I adore my Ott lite. I do not know how I managed to apply make-up before I purchased mine.

Answer:	My wife really likes this mirror - now. We had two significant issues and could not send the item back because I bought this over a month before Christmas and more time than allowed by Amazon to return defective items. Problem #1 was the on - off switch when pressed would not keep the light on. If you continually pressed the switch the light would remain on. I took the bottom off and added a spacer (small piece of cardboard) - I don't remember the details now, but at the time I thought this was a basic poor design and was surprised there were not more negative comments concerning the switch. The second problem was with the mirror not staying in position. Another design issue as there is no way to adjust the friction to keep the mirror from swinging free and out of the desired position. I took a couple of twist ties (grocery store - produce bag ties) and just wrapped around the attachment area for the mirror to the frame. This provided just enough extra friction to keep the mirror from swinging free.
Question:	I have two mirrors, and both the left bulb stop working, the bulbs are new but that side on boths mirrors doesnt work, any suggestions
Answer:	I'm unhappy with my mirror too. My lights still work, but my switch broke during the first two months.
Question:	I bought this at bed bath+ beyond $70. The mirror itself will not stay in place. it keeps falling forward as if there were screws that needed tightening on the sides, But there is nothing to tighten
Answer:	My wife's did the same thing. We took it apart and tried to tighten the screws and did somewhat, but it didn't help. So now she uses 2 books of matches and wedges them in at the bottom. I know that's not what you wanted to hear but it works and she reakky likes that mirror.
