Question:	How do you install? Directions suck
Answer:	Pretty easy installation...I didn’t see any directions. Regardless, remove the round mounting frame from the mirror base..looks like a circle with slots in it. I believe it was attached to the mirror base with the thumb nuts. You’ll want to attach that mounting frame to the wall where you want the mirror. Position the screws where the thumb nuts were at 12 oclock and 6 oclock so that the base arm will fold out as you want it. Then use the provided screws or hollow wall anchors using any of the slots in the mounting bracket. Remove the top mirror panel by twisting to the left and pulling up to add 4 AAA batteries. Black toggle switches at the top and bottom to turn on the light

Answer:	The light comes ready to plug into an outlet. You can hire an electrician to cut the plug off and wire directly to the wires coming from your switch. This will require a junction box. However, as I understand, after you turn on the switch, you would still need to hit the button on the mirror to turn it on. If you don't have an outlet you can use, it may be just as easy to have an electrician install an outlet for you.

Answer:	I bought one back in March and I did send in a feedback that their user manual and the interface of the smart bulb APP is out of date. You can't follow exactly what the manual says, you have to play around with other option on the APP to connect your smart Light to the smart APP.

Question:	Can these be hooked up hardwired or only plug in option
Answer:	Can you tap into the closest wall outlet and install an additional receptacle behind mirror mounting location? It will be best if the outlet is directly behind the mirror mounting location.
Question:	What is the measurement of the round mounting base
Answer:	Yes, whatever brightness you set it at is the brightness it stays at. Love the anti fog feature, too. Very happy with the mirror.
Question:	Does the mirror have 2 sides? One side with 10x and the other side with 1x
Answer:	Yes! Ours was just installed and is always powered up. However, the only illumination is the little box in the lower right hand corner. It almost is bright enough to serve as a nightlight but is very un-obtrusive. Just touch the box and the mirror lights brightly. By keeping your finger on the box, the led lights dim to your desired level. We love it (as does our contractor who questioned me extensively for our source - he wants one, too)!
Question:	is there a plug
Answer:	More than likely, yes. There is no separate switch for the defogger. It works great though. Love this mirror. Bright light, dimmer, defogger. We hardwired it to a switch but the one button is a small lighted square on the lower right side of the mirror.

How to turn on the Double Side Light Up Mirror?

Step 1: Put 4pcs AA batteries in (not included) or plug the USB cable tightly in the USB port.

Step 3: Secondly, please touch the sensor switch to change Cool / Warm / Natural color light.

Step 4: Thirdly, please touch the sensor switch for 3 seconds, which will change brightness of the light gradually. Release your finger till the brightness of the light is right for you.

Question:	Where are the batteries located
Answer:	The batteries are located on the back of the wall mount. Since I have never installed batteries and only use the power adapter, I cannot give a review of the use of or changing batteries. Thanks.
Question:	Mount right or left side? All hotels are right mounted but my elec plug is on left side
Answer:	The mirror can be mounted on either the right or left side. It has 180 degree movement. If you use a good quality batteries for the light, it will last for a long time.Highly recommended, and good quality.
Question:	Can it be chrome, rather than brushed nickel finish
Answer:	Satin nickel was the only one. Usually, if there are other options, they will show them. I wanted the satin nickel so it wasn't a problem for me.
Question:	I have an older Zadro wall mount mirror. Cannot figure out how to get into replace light. there are no screws on the arms that hold the mirror
Answer:	I have the same problem! The bulb is no longer working 2 years after purchasing and only using it at night for a few minutes! Not very impressed since I paid over $120 from Bed Bath and Beyond for this! Manufacturer should put a warning about how it cannot be replaced because that seems fraudulent to sell at that price point and not warn consumers. I would've bought a brand that CAN have a replacement bulb like most basic electronic devices do allow for.
