Answer:	I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.

Answer:	I didn’t have good luck with getting this off at all. I found it very hard to remove even with really good eye make up remover that I know works well on pretty much everything else. My only complaint about any of the fiber lash mascaras is they don’t last long enough before drying out and thickening.
Question:	With the majority of mascara I use I get transfer from my eyelashes to my upper eyelid beneath my eyebrows. will this transfer color
Answer:	I didn't notice any transfer of color, some of the fibers did fall off, but you can easily sweep them away. I think as long as you let them dry properly you shouldnt have any issues.
Question:	Is this for bottom lashes too
Answer:	Hi Katie, you can definitely use it for bottom lashes too. Brushes on like mascara.
Question:	Puffy eye lids sit directory on my short eyelashes, will it work
Answer:	Hi Az, I'm not sure what you mean by having puffy eyelids. If you are seriously sensitive to things on or around your eyes, it's better to just stay away from mascara products in general. But if you are just saying you have short eyelashes, this product works fantastic for adding length and volume to short lashes. Instructions and contact info are on the packaging.
