Answer:	It comes with one refill. I only use the 2 that it comes with and then I get a new one. Seems like it doesn't work as well after using the refill. The one I received from Amazon pulled my eyelashes out when I used it. It's so horrible and damaging to your eyes. When I tried to post a review warning others it is fake, Amazon legit sent me a threatening message that I should "consider this my first warning" and that my post "violated community guidelines." This giant company is seriously picking on an American citizen because I was...honest and outed a fake product.
