The one we returned came in a plain bag inside an Amazon shipping box. I can't recall for sure, but I vaguely recall a "Made in China" sticker. Quality was so extremely poor (rough inside, rough/sharp bottom edge) that we returned it. As I can't recall for certain, I can't say with absolute certainty this funnel is made in China. However Norpro certainly does make products in China (Google "everythingkitchens norpro manufacture in china" and look at the top two results) and I would be surprised if this is not one of them.

How To Use 1

• Powder brush: Tap off excess, then pat on the face with sides of the brush to flawlessly set your base makeup.

How To Use 2
