Answer:	I’m assuming the measurements come from the dividers being removed. Not completely sure about that though.

Answer:	You can put them in the zippered pocket behind the brushes. I have my big J* palette (the newest one) and two huda palettes in the top section too. The main compartment's dividers are adjustable so there's no reason you couldn't take them out to fit it.

Answer:	YES! I have to position my dryer so the cord isn't tweaked. I love this cart so much. Dents easily so I'm careful with it. I have the light pink one, it's so pretty. The handle on front is not too durable and popped off, it's not necessary tho. I am going to buy one more just like it for my coloring supplies. It would work for makeup gear too.
