Answer:	Absolutely. Need leaf helps with hair growth. But you might want to add Olive oil and some Aloe Vera gel to help kill bacteria on the scalp and to relieve some of that smell from Neem oil, perhaps add a few drops of lavender or your favorite essential oil to make it smell good.

Answer:	If it does not rain after applying I do it at the first sign of the pest then I check daily for signs of the pests return which I have not seen ,this tells me it does work but not if the plants were infested, only at first sign which is mainly preventive.....

Answer:	I have used it straight on my skin but don't like d smell, (like Chinese take out), very strong but I have mixed it with my lotions nd it's better
