Question:	Im very fair, will this be strong enough
Answer:	Yes, definitely. I have red hair and can burn in <10 minutes, and my mom (whose account this is) found this stuff on a lifeguarding website. I put it on pretty much my whole body (save for the parts covered by my one-piece), then put on my shorts and long-sleeved rash guard. I can go for a couple hours between reapplication and be totally fine, although I still get my smattering of summer freckles. On especially hot days I can even take off my rash guard! My shoulders don't get burnt! It's great! The only downside is the whiteness, which gets onto the edges of my swimsuits and then... doesn't go away... ever. But I think this is partially due to the amount I put on and the frequency with which I get the sunscreen on my clothing. If it happens one or twice, or if you actually get in the water after it happens, you should be fine. Also, bonus, being very fair means that people don't notice as much when you have white left over. And it smells nice!
Question:	How many ounces can I expect to go through if I spend a whole day on the beach/in the water and reapply as directed
Answer:	Not sure about ounces, but my husband and I use it while at the beach and one 6 ounce tube usually lasts us a little over a week with us out in the sun every day. It works great though! I usually just get a new tube every other beach trip (average trip lasting a week). Kind of a round about way to answering your question but I hope that helps!

The only difference is that the baby and kids version use papaya & the thinksport & LIVESTRONG use currant...to mask the smell of zinc oxide. They are all baby safe from 6 months and up... We know from our other products, that parents won't buy for "baby" unless it says "baby". But.....we also know that when kids turn 5, good luck getting a product that says "baby" on them. For the thinksport & LIVESTRONG, we have some places that really want our brand and others that want LIVESTRONG."

Answer:	The Coppertone Sport Spray SPF 50 is not oil free. We suggest the Coppertone Sport Face Mineral SPF 50 Lotion or Coppertone Defend & Care Face Clear Zinc SPF 50 Lotion which are oil-free.

UVA & UVB Broad-Spectrum

Consumers have been led to believe that ultra-high SPF numbers like 70 and 100 provide much more protection than SPF 30. This is False. SPF 30 provides 97% protection from UVB and SPF 100 provides 99% coverage for UVB. We tell folks if you look at the back of the tube and you see a bunch of words you don’t recognize, you probably don’t want to put that on your skin. It is important that you’re using a truly Broad-spectrum formula that covers UVA and UVB.

Mineral Based Formula

Chemical sunscreens make up the majority of the market unfortunately. They are both cheep and apply clear. Mineral based solutions can cause some amount of whitening during use and are also more expensive. But at what cost is it cheaper? Some mineral base formulations have also taken to using clear zinc or nano particle sized zinc or titanium. We recommend sourcing a non-nano zinc oxide solution. There is just not enough data on the ability for nano particles getting into the blood stream. As such, it is better to embrace the Precautionary Principle.

Water Resistant

There are now three levels of water resistance. Not water resistant, water resistant (40 minutes) and water resistant (80 minutes). We have all become used to seeing words like sweatproof or waterproof. There are now very specific tests. Keep in mind, that if you’re at the beach or pool that you’ll need to reapply after being in the water. And to achieve the SPF factor of your sunscreen you have to reapply every two hours. One application does not keep you at SPF 50 or whatever is on the sunscreen label. And you should be using about 1oz to cover an adult body.

Tips for Application

1. Be sure to apply all areas that will be exposed to sunlight, including behind the ears, neck, hands, feet, and scalp 15 minutes before sun exposure
2. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours
3. While the sunscreen applies very easily, we recommend not spreading it too thin. Otherwise you will decrease the effectiveness of the sunscreen

Why Sunscreen?

The majority of sunscreens currently on the market are full of questionable ingredients and known carcinogens. Simply looking at the ingredients you'll quickly realize you don't recognize any of them. Many existing sunscreens have been brought to market with little concern for their safety. Not only do ingredients in sunscreen interact with skin, but data shows after application of lotions, some of the same chemicals can be detected in the bloodstream. It turns out many sunscreens claiming to be “reef-friendly” or “reef-safe” actually aren’t, including this brand! Always review the active ingredients to be sure. Answer:	Japanese suncreams don't usually have expiration dates. However, this is the new tube, which expires in 2020. I am selling this product. The stock I have are manufactured May 2018, so expires May 2020. My seller name is University Books1

Answer:	I might be able to help in a general sense since I used several different searches online and could not find anything stating whether this is a broad spectrum sunscreen. I suspect that it likely because we (the US) probably came up with the term and this is a product for the Asian markets. Before I get to my personal answer, Biore is owned by a company called Kao and you can always go to their website and email them this question for a more definitive answer (https://www.kao.com/global/en/). So, broad spectrum means a sunscreen passed a test that measures a product’s UVA protection relative to is UVB protection, but how that test is conducted, I do not know. We do know that this product is listed as SPF 50+ and SPF measures protection against UVB rays. It is also rated PA++++ which is a measurement used in Japan that has to do with UVA protection. While PA++++ is the highest level of UVA protection according to this rating system, PA ratings are not measured by time like SPF. If that makes you nervous, it’s apparently true that most countries combine UVA and UVB protection within the SPF rating and this product does have an SPF rating 50+. Answer:	You might, but I'm not 100% sure. SPF above 50 is all the same and the number indicates the minutes of protection you get. Maybe if you try the SPF 30 of this line and still repeat the sunblock every hour or so yo''ll be able to tan a bit without burning. In the past, when I was able to tan I could get a bit of color without reapplying a 50spf sunblock on my face more than twice, but I live in the Caribbean.Now, I cannot tan because I developed Melasma, so even though I live in the city I use this sunblock and reapply the same every 2 or 3 hours, as I cannot tan or my condition will worsen. I Think you should ask a dermatologist to be sure, but in any case the product is amazing.
