Answer:	I read the ingredients list and can't tell. All the ingredients are at least 5 syllables long!! However, it doesn't feel oily at all. I use it every night and gently wash my face afterwards! I wear contacts so the oil would probably bother my eyes, but it doesn't all all. Been using it for years! It's the only product that removes all the liner and mascara gently and with no rubbing! It's no longer available in the stores so i always buy it on Amazon!

There are a number of posts that say this product does remove waterproof mascara. There are also posts that are actually describing another Almay Eye Makeup Remover Pad that IS oil free: Almay Soothing & De-puffing Gentle Eye Make Remover (pink and white jar). I use and like this product very much. I have only used it on waterproof mascara a few times; if I remember correctly, the pads worked well on water proof mascara. Answer:	Not very long, about an Month. There is no stopper between the bottle and cap so it’s likely to be overused every time you pour it out.
