Question:	Can you use essential oils in this unit
Answer:	No you can not! I learned the hard way by doing so. I had a bad cold and I put some Eucalyptus oil in the water tank with the water. What it ended up doing is warping the plastic opening and after about 2 uses after, the cap just fell apart so I had to throw that away. I can still use it, but I have to add the water by hand.
Question:	Does the steamer turn off automatically when it runs out of water? Has anyone used it as a humidifier in the bedroom during sleep? Thank you
Answer:	It definitely does NOT turn off when it runs out of water. Definitely.

Answer:	Nanosteamer is BPA free
Question:	How often do I have to clean my nanosteamer and how
Answer:	I use mine everyday so at least couple of times a week, I make sure I unplug it, turn it upside down in the sink, then place it on a towel. I make sure all the components (3 of them; the body, top part, and the little water container) get dry. Package says once in a while to make sure there is no buildup to put couple of drop of clear vinegar in it and use it. hope this helps :)

Answer:	The TENS machine will replace the old charging port to a universal one in our 2nd gen products in 3 months :)
Question:	How does this compare to tens
Answer:	It doesn't! I have a tens 7000 and got this for the rechargeable battery. There is no Normal mode on this. Each mode is a minor variation on low intensity ramping to high then pause and repeat. Adjusting the power is a lot of clicking! And some times it's too low but just one click and it's too high, there's no in between. I have no idea why this has such high reviews. If you've used a tens 7000 you're going to find yourself disappointed in this.

Answer:	The plug pin size of electrode pads is 2mm. The main plug size of the TENS machine is 2mm.

Answer:	There isn't a constant option but the bottom right icon (looks like ear) and the 2nd mode in there is the closest I found to a constant versus cycling.

• Directions for use: _ Press the wire plug to the output port at the top of the unit; Connect the electrode pads to the electrode wire by inserting pins to the female pin electrodes; Make sure each part connected firmly. _ Remove the protective film and place the electrode pads on the targeted area, making sure that both pads are attached on the skin tightly and not overlapping; _ Turn on the unit via the on/off switch; it will automatically start from mode 1 and level 1; _ Change the modes by pressing one of the 15 different mode buttons displayed on the front of your device; _To Control your A1/A2 ports use the intensity buttons located on the left hand side of the device. Increase the intensity by pressing intensity (+) button for the channel A in use; Please increase the intensity gradually and gently to test your acceptance level of the intensity; to decrease the strength, press the (–) button for the channel A in use; To control your B1/B2 ports use the intensity buttons located on the right-hand side of the device.
