User questions & answers

Question: Does this have to be diluted in a carrier oil
Answer: As long as you always rinse when it requests, typically I can fill the milk jug twice between cleaning everything. When you clean you need to take apart all the components of the frother, hose and jug connector, and soak in hot water with some of the cleaning fluid for at least an hour. Wash, reassemble and run the cappuccino cleaning cycle...
Question: What kind of alcohol is used in this
Answer: It is Celcius, it does keep the milk very cold, while it works, but be aware a lot of these units are dying with in 4 months. See current reviews. Also Jura only honors their warranty if you buy directly from them. Even then the warranty replacement will be a clearly used refurbished one.
Question: How much of this concentrate do I mix with how much water to get a rosewater equivalent
Answer: It comes only with a power cable.
