Answer:	No alcohol
Question:	Does this smell like lavender essential oil
Answer:	Yes. I used it while cloth diapering with no problems. Whatever residue it leaves on the diapers easily washes away and doesn’t affect the diaper’s absorbency. I don’t remember it leaving much behind though. If you are very unsure and to ease your mind on the first few uses with this balm, use a liner on your CD.

Answer:	I don't think we did. We received packaging that looked exactly like the picture and inside was the same bottom balm as we've always ordered. I did read that packaging is changing and reviews said that the formula changed a bit too unfortunately.

Answer:	This product contains natural shea butter. Shea butter as well as mango butter can go grainy on you due to weather or just it's natural properties. If you find your balm to be grainy, just warm the jar to melt or rub some between your hands to melt the crystals.

Answer:	yes, but the first few years I used the device it clipped needles, pen needles and lancets perfectly. however the last 5 or 6 I bought only bent the needle instead of clipping. I have no idea what was wrong. I did not contact BD. My fault.

Answer:	While I've only used it with syringes, I have in the past used ultra fine pen needles and can't imagine why it wouldn't work with those, too. It's quite a nifty little device and definitely one of the less expensive and easier options for safe disposal.
