Answer:	I am 66 years old and have exercised for years and in pretty decent shape. I think you have to work out on this with a real fast cadence and I get my heart rate up to over 130 . I also have a gym quality rower. I have worked out on ellipticals at a gym but feel I get a good workout on this and the Concept 2 rower I have. In the summer I bike. Answer:	It is a natural wax, sort of like yellow.

Answer:	Well, I guess yes you can... 'Cause I used it with some finishing oil Lol and it worked better that great because the skin was really smooth after; however it was pretty annoying because this wax goes back to solid state quickly so unless you are gonna use a waxwarmer I would say "don't do it" and as for an alternative there is one that I've seen a lot here and people say it's pretty good, I don't remember the name but it has "Brazilian" somewhere in the name.

Answer:	Maxi Climber product literature specifies that the maximum weight for users is 240 pounds. However, as the weight of the user goes up, the propensity for the support rollers to fail goes up also. The machine has plastic rollers that support the weight of the user and they WILL FAIL. It is unavoidable. Read all the 1 star reviews and you will see that the weak point of the machine is the plastic rollers. If you weigh more than 90 pounds, this machine will fail within 6 months of purchase. If you weigh more than 150 pounds, it will fail within 3 months and if you are near 200, it will fail within weeks.

Answer:	I had one years ago and used it in an apartment. It made no noise at all. You may have to lubricate it from time to time if it does squeak. This will be my second machine. I wore the first one out.

Answer:	If you're referring to the places you put your FEET onto as a footprint dimension, those are approximately 4 3/4 inches wide by 14 inches long.I answer it that way, as I have read some people's descriptions as having difficulties getting larger feet to fit onto it, especially when doing the exercise where your body is facing one of the sides. Your feet are pointing sideways on the footrests and some people have had trouble clearing the poles. Hopefully between this and the other answers, you will have found what actual dimensions you need.
