Answer:	It's temporary, but in my personal experience, I've had it last up to 10-12 hours while most brands I look at only last 4-6 hours. Though I feel if you were to use it regularly, it will 'train' your lips to adjust to that plump shape slowly and naturally (just a theory!).

Which Grade should you choose?

Hyaluronic acid is the star ingredient in Fillerina. Grades 1-3 have different 6 types of Hyaluronic acid molecules and grades 4 and 5 have 8 different types of molecules.

If you would like to see quicker results, start with Grade 2.

For Deeper more intense work, the higher grades are best. The difference is the size of molecules and quantities of the different sizes. Lower grades have a larger presence of the larger, more topical Hyaluronic Acid and the higher grades have more of the smaller Hyaluronic Acid molecules which absorb deeper in the skin. If you are going with the higher grades because you have serious wrinkles, you will need to repeat and keep the treatments going to continue to see the best results. You did not create those wrinkles in 14 days and you are not going to get rid of them in 14 days either. Like all skin care, it takes consistency.
