Answer:	If you have painful inflamed acne the acne foaming cream with benzoyl peroxide would work wonders probably. If you only have clogged pores, black heads, white heads, but not really inflamed, the salicylic acid wash would work best probably.

Answer:	The CeraVe Moisturizing Cream( for face and body) I suggest is the best moisturizer for both day and night for all skin types. In the day time remember to use your sunblock. Neutrogena Hydro Boost SPF 50 or Cetaphil Oil Absorbing Moisturizer SPF 30 for oily acne skin. My recommendations are essentially for skin of colour because hyperpigmentation issues affect our skin more.
Question:	Does this bleach fabrics
Answer:	As long as you rinse it completely, it will not bleach fabrics. If you wash your face in the sink and don't get every bit off, it will bleach. I find it easier to use in the shower. However, this product only has 2 percent as opposed to the last product I used which was 10 percent and I haven't had any issues yet.

Question:	Why is it liquid in the title and lotion in the picture? Do you ship to Vietnam
Answer:	The issue with the incorrect image has been fixed. It is now displaying the right image for 2% BHA Liquid. We currently do not ship to Vietnam, but are considering international shipment options.
Question:	Is this a cleanser or should I cleanse + exfoliate first and then apply this as a toner? Or before toner
Answer:	This is your exfoliator, so no need for an additional scrub or another chemical exfoliator. If you are new to exfoliating with a BHA this strong, putting on a toner first can help this from penetrating so quickly (which could be a good thing). You can also put your toner on afterwards if you want the fastest exfoliation. If you haven't used a chemical exfoliator in a while, I'd start slowly, every other day. This one is particularly strong. This is NOT a cleanser and should not be washed off. It is also NOT a scrub; it does not contain any abrasive ingredients like walnuts shells or sugars. You should 1) cleanse skin 2) toner (optional) 3) this exfoliator 4) moisturizer suitable for your skin type or daytime sunscreen.
Question:	How long did you use them before noticing a difference in improved skin tone, or diminish closed comedones
Answer:	I have been suffering from horrible hormonal acne around my chin/jaw since November 2017. I've tried everything I can get my hands on with no avail. I've been using Paula's Choice consistently for almost 3 weeks now and I started to notice a chance this week. I still have closed comedomes but NOT to the extent I've had previously. I am religiously putting it on my chin every morning and am thrilled to finally see results!
Question:	Question: When this product arrived from the seller, did it have a plastic seal or was it wrapped in anything? Mine wasn't, i'm suspicious

Question:	Why is this product making my skin very dry, tight feeling, and ashy
Answer:	The acne control lotion is not a moisturizer, it is a benzoyl peroxide solution that will dry out your skin. After applying the acne lotion, apply the moisturizer to keep your skin protected and hydrated.
Question:	I just got this system and used it for the first time and i noticed after using all the products my pimples got sooo red did this happen to you? whyme
Answer:	I've used it for weeks on and off and never had that problem on the contrary it really helps me control breakouts (?)I would stop using it, there's got to be an ingredient that is causing that.
Question:	How do I use this? Wash face with cleanser, then apply the acne control lotion and let it dry overnight? Is the regular lotion necessary to use or is it only if you're having a lot of dryness
Answer:	I've been using this system for over 8 years because it works. I'm 41 years old now and I have PCOS that causes acne. So, I'll probably be using this until menopause. The original instructions when this product first came onto the market was to use the wash before bed, apply a THIN layer of the acne contol lotion (more like a mask than lotion), taking care to avoid the oribits of the eyes. Allow to dry and leave on during sleep. In the morning, be sure to wash again with the cleanser and apply a tiny bit of the SPF acne lotion, as your skin is very UV sensitive after the all night treatment. There is salylic acid in the "night" treatment, so avoid UV if your face can't handle SPF lotion. Mine can't, so I use Neutrogena sensitive face moisturizer and wear visors or wide brimmed hats and avoid the sun during treatment. I only need to use it about 1 or 2 times a month for 3 days if I have a break out. I can usually pre-empt a breakout with 1 night's treatment if I see a few bumps begin. This product is amazing, and I have even dedicated my make up brand to Neutrogena.
Question:	Where can I just buy the Acne Control Lotion in this pack? - Amazon shows a similar product but it's different
Answer:	Just look for a Benzoyl Peroxide lotion, this one is 2.5% with no irritating products added (that a lot of acne products do). I too think this is the best product in the box, although the moisturizer is deceptively effective and VERy non-pimple forming - which is rare. But if you don't use the other products, I'd try 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Dr Song Acne Gel, or Acne.org 8 oz. Treatment (2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide), or Paula's Choice Clear Regular Strength Acne Treatment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. They are more expensive than this set, but you get up to 8x as much Benzoyl Peroxide.

- Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product.

- Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily.

- Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.

- If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

- If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product.

- If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.
