Question:	All of my keys not working
Answer:	Even in USB mode, my keyboard will stop working. The Windows Device Manager says that there is an error on the USB device, and wont recongnize the keyboard at all. The solution that worked for me was to: 1. Unplug the keyboard from the computer. 2. Turn the switch off (using the on\off switch) 3. Turn Switch back on 4. Plug keyboard back into computer. 5. Wait a few minutes for windows to recognize the keyboard (in device manager, it had a yellow error symbol next to "mechanical Keyboard" but it finally initialized after about 3 or so minutes. 6. Reset computer if needed. This is potentially one of the worst implementaitons of a USB product that I have ever seen. ITS A KEYBOARD, WTF! Look at how many tech questions on amazon there are for this product! Pretty lights are not worth the stupid crap you frequently have to do to keep A KEYBOARD working.

Answer:	I live in Northern Illinois here. I have this light installed along my outside deck. Tonight it is 18° with a 9° wind chill. My bulb is working just fine....and has been all winter. It was just fully incased by ice just a couple weeks ago after a severe ice storm. Water collected in the corner of the light housing, froze, cracked the house, let all the water from the atmosphere in, and froze again. I don't think the sub zero temperatures or modest amounts of moisture will take it out.
