That being said, I see this product more as something you add to your skin care for maintenance not to treat a hormonal or ongoing skin problem, like acne. I have acne prone skin but regularly using this mask keeps my pores from getting super clogged which minimizes breakouts.

Answer:	Sigh. Pseudoscience is everywhere. Saunas don't cause you to "sweat toxins;" our sweat contains a negligible amount of toxins. Nearly all toxins are removed by our liver and kidneys. Answer:	Always remove makeup first-use a solid oil-base cleanser (even for acnitic skin!) for about 1-2 minutes, rubbing well to remove makeup and any dirt/dead cells. Wash face with a water-base facial soap-make sure you take about 1-2 minutes to really rub your face to get all the excess sebum out. Once or twice a week use an exfoliator. Use your toner, gently pat it into your skin. Apply mask starting around the nose/eyes and let it sit from 10-20 minutes depending on the mask/personal needs. Remove mask and gently, yet firmly, pat face to maximize absorption and blood flow. Apply one or two serums, patting into your skin again. Use your moisturizer. At night you can add an overnight mask (it’s usually a type of serum). Day time use sunscreen. That’s the entire skincare method Koreans use. I have recently started this-I only do the masks at night because of time-but my skin has never felt, or looked, better. I am an adult acne sufferer and this has been the BIGGEST help.

Answer:	I don't know if it's normal. My daughter and I have used it and never had any peeling. You may want to ask the Adamia company.7
Question:	What did the box come in
Answer:	Mine isn't broken yet, but doesn't work as it should. Can get very little lotion pumped. Have to be patient, takes a little time.
Question:	I have freckles will this remove them
Answer:	I don't think it would help the spots but it will sure help her skin. I have very thin and sensitive skin and boy this stuff has worked wonders for me. My very best to your friend.

Question:	I have combination skin so some parts are oily and others are dry will this help with the dry areas
Answer:	I have combination skin as well. I have an unusually dry flakey area of skin on my cheek and since starting these masks on an every other day schedule my dry patches have cleared up and my skin all over looks much better.
Question:	Are these masks for a mature person or a young one
Answer:	Both, the amount of topical collagen- if any, is, at most, preventive. These masks hydrate and are soothing for the nervs, easy to use and individually packed.
Question:	Does it matter which side of the mask you put against your face
Answer:	In my experience, this doesn't really matter as the mask is super saturated. But make sure the that "folded side" ( the side of the mask you have to unfold ) is the side you put on your face.
Question:	Do you rinse off your face after you wear them
Answer:	You're "not suppose to" but I did. I let the serum sit on my face about 30mins but it didn't dry in all areas & remained sticky. It's up to you. It still worked.

Question:	Do these have a pleasant smell
Answer:	I have oily skin and loved it.
Question:	What size are the packages? I want to put them in my customers packages but I’m not sure if they will fit in my smaller packaging envelopes
Answer:	This is a predominantly moisturizing mask so, short answer: no. Long answer: it is here for the long-game of fighting wrinkles and keeping your skin fresh looking during winter months or in dry climates. To decrease the visibility of acne scarring, look for ingredients like hydroxy acids or lactic acids. Most over the counter masks will not completely improve severe scarring other than in-office procedures performed by a professional dermatologists or prescription cremes, but daily application of acids are a good option in lieu of flash treatment with a strong mask that may leave your skin red and reactive.
Question:	What is the delivery time
Answer:	There is no set rule, and its depends how sensitive your skin is. I have sensitive skin, so I prefer using it no more than once a week. But it really makes your skin nice. I'd recommend this product to anyone. Brighter, smoother, skin definitely.
