Answer:	Looking at the ingredients, I don’t see why you couldn’t although it’s specifically made for the face. The look of it on the inside could be due to something else, but no one can know. Another user stated that there was a seal under the lid of theirs.

Answer:	Yes, for me it does. Although I would limit the time you leave it on until you get familiar with how your skin reacts. And limit the amount you use. I use it about 1x per week..in combination with other sulphur soaps. *Very important* look into Demodex, it’s a microscopic mite that we all have on our faces in our skin. *People who suffer with rosacea are linked to having Demodicosis or just a higher number of these mite than normal. I suffered terribly with this last summer (I now know to be from from taking oral steroids for an asthma flare up.) and mild rosacea since my teens. and thanks to heavy research and looking through amazon reviews :) I found answers and a solution.
