Answer:	I have a wave. The old attachment grid (velcro like) fell off. the glue went bad. This item comes with what I thought was an adapter for wave. It's not. However, I used my fingernail to peel off the new attachment grid, the glue being very stickey, and placed it on the old wave head. Smoothed it out with fingers, pressed it on. All is well.

When I first started using the pads, I used them once in the morning and once at night, but as my skin improved I switched to using them only at night. If I have a breakout, I use them twice a day. You really have to experiment to see how much usage is good for you. If you experience drying, cut back. I started using the pads only on my problem areas, but I now I use them all over my face, except near my chin and mouth which are dry areas for me.

Second shipment only had one, I contacted Amazon who said they’d ship the 3 pack and again I could keep the one for free, and the third came as a single as well. Answer:	In an email directly from Stridex, they stated the pH of their Maximum Strength Pads is between 3.0-4.5. The acid used in this skin care treatment are all pH dependent. The lower the pH, the more effective the acid is on the skin. It will work better, penetrate better and deeper, with a more concentrated effect. It can also be more irritating, because it is more "powerful." BHAs (like the salicylic acid in this product) are basically ineffective with a pH over 4.0. To exfoliate the skin, and unclog pores, the pH must be below 4.0 and the product percentage must be over 1%. 1% to 2% with a pH of 3.0 - 4.0 is the MINIMUM level for a daily use BHA. Skin with very clogged pores may need a higher concentration, up to 5%, and lower pH.Generally speaking an acid is effective for approximately 20 to 30 minutes on the skin surface. After that point the skin pH has risen enough to lessen the exfoliation action on the skin, and the acid is effectively neutralized. During this 30 minute time frame, the acid is working at effective levels. (This info was found and verified from multiple sources especially Reddit's r/skincareaddiction.) Hope it helps! These have been very effective for me. However, please note they do contain menthol and (for some reason) a form of sulfates. These can be irritating for some people.
