You can also put your toner on afterwards if you want the fastest exfoliation. If you haven't used a chemical exfoliator in a while, I'd start slowly, every other day. This one is particularly strong. This is NOT a cleanser and should not be washed off. It is also NOT a scrub; it does not contain any abrasive ingredients like walnuts shells or sugars. Answer:	Paula, it does not include neutralizer, just the peel. I was a little concerned about neutralizer too but...I now rinse with tap water and it's just fine! I don't want to pay for neutralizer, ha ha. If you use tap water, don't be surprised that it still stings a bit as you rinse it off, THEN all the stinging goes away. I was very cautious about the peel. I've done 25% glycolic only. But leaving it 3 mins. (per directions?) it didn't seem to do THAT much. Now I leave it on 5-6 mins., then apply a good serum and moisturizer. Your first time tho, I'd only go 3 mins. and skip the serum, go straight to a good moisturizer in case you are sensitive. In about 3 days, your skin will get kinda rough and you'll need to exfoliate (scrub a little). Your skin will be gorgeous! Actually, a Derm's office told me "If you have an event, do a peel the DAY OF the event." It's true, your skin will be gorgeous the day OF your peel. Then, 2-3 days later it looks a little "rutty/rough" until you exfoliate that dead skin. Good luck! ; )

Answer:	You use the "1" pad and then wait 2 minutes and then use the "2" pad. You do not wash it off. You can put your moisturizer on and make up as usual. I like using the pads in the evening before bed. That way if there is any redness (as my face sometimes gets) it is gone by morning. I did not see any peeling until about 5/6 days into it and then my face was tight and dry/flaky for about 5/6 days. After that I think your skin adjusts itself to the peel because I no longer have any flaking or dryness. Just smooth skin.

Answer:	I wasn't sure about this answer so I googled "Can I use pure Glycolic Acid on my lips" and screened shot it to show you but there was no place in this answer format on Amazon for a puc. But you can google it It does says that glycolic acid is the gentlest of the acids so it is safe for the lips which has the thinnest most sensitive skin on the body. I tried it I put it on & rinsed after about 3mins, after a couple of uses my lips were very smooth & soft. I tend to have dry chapped lips alot. So great idea!

Answer:	Most customers simply neutralize it by washing the Peel off with water and then applying a Toner, if they want. (We Recommend Voibella's Toning Mist). If you want to neutralize the acid more quickly and effectively, you can easily make your own neutralizing solution. Just mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 1/2 cups of water. Dip a clean cotton pad into the baking soda solution and squeeze out most of the excess liquid. Then gently dab on your skin. It will neutralize the acid and stop the peeling process.
