Answer:	Ditto with K.S.’ answer. Wash, rinse, use toner (paying special attention to nose/chin/forehead) and I also use toner on my neck/chest. Then apply a moisturizer with SPF, before primer. Concealer before foundation, then setting powder, blush/bronzer/highlighter, eyeshadow then I use a setting spray for a dewy look. I do eyes after the spray, but that’s my preference. Exfoliate, toner & SPF moisturizer is the only secret to aging well.

Answer:	In general it isn’t good to keep things for more than 5 months to a year. As long as you keep that in mind after you’ve broken the seal, I think you are good.

Answer:	Grapeseed extract is the culprit here. That ingredient often includes "BENZETHONIUM CHLORIDE, METHYLPARABEN, TRICLOSAN" according to the researchers at the Environmental Working Group. It would be nice if a representative from Thayer's would chime in on this topic.
Question:	does the rose water break out anyones face
Answer:	Yes, the rose water witch hazel makes me break out if I use it on my face. I have incredibly sensitive skin, and basically all rose-based items make me break out. I love both the lavender and cucumber formulas as facial toners - lavender is easier to find - and I reserve the rose for eczema, irritated non-facial skin, hands, and feet.
Question:	How is this different from the Witch Hazel you can buy at Target
Answer:	Commonly used plant extract that can have potent antioxidant properties and some anti-irritant properties. However, witch hazel's high tannin content (tannin is a potent antioxidant) can also make it irritating if used repeatedly on skin because it constricts blood flow. The bark of the witch hazel plant has a higher tannin content than the leaves. Producing witch hazel water by steam distillation removes the tannins, but the plant's astringent qualities are what most believe give it benefit. 1, 2, 3Alcohol is added during the distillation process, the amount typically being 14-15%. 4 Witch hazel water is distilled from all parts of the plant; therefore, you never know exactly what you're getting, although the alcohol content remains.Depending on the form of witch hazel, you're exposing your skin either to an irritating amount of alcohol (which causes free-radical damage and collagen breakdown) or to tannins, or both. Answer:	The ph is between 4 and 5. The percent of aha is .01 %. The percent of bha is .01 % as well.
Question:	I just purchased this and it is not sealed like my other cosrx items in the past. box was open too. anyone else receive item without seal
Answer:	Yes! I did the box was a little dented like someone already opened it and the sticker had a bunch of dust on it. The product was also out a little bit inside the cap.
Question:	How often are you supposed to use it? Is it gentle enough for daily or twice daily use? Or should I only use it every other day
Answer:	Remember, this is an AHA/BHA Toner. A Chemical Exfoliant, not a "regular" Toner. My Derm said, you HAVE to give your skin a BREAK from EXFOLIATION (Chemical or Physical) or in long-term you risk damaging the skin barrier, inflammation, & irritation to the skin. It's not good to do this every day. Even if you're not having "symptoms" you need to go to every other day or 3x/week if you want healthy skin. Ask your Derm & educate yourself.

Answer:	The issue with the incorrect image has been fixed. It is now displaying the right image for 2% BHA Liquid. We currently do not ship to Vietnam, but are considering international shipment options.
Question:	Is this a cleanser or should I cleanse + exfoliate first and then apply this as a toner? Or before toner
Answer:	This is your exfoliator, so no need for an additional scrub or another chemical exfoliator. If you are new to exfoliating with a BHA this strong, putting on a toner first can help this from penetrating so quickly (which could be a good thing). You can also put your toner on afterwards if you want the fastest exfoliation. If you haven't used a chemical exfoliator in a while, I'd start slowly, every other day. This one is particularly strong. This is NOT a cleanser and should not be washed off. It is also NOT a scrub; it does not contain any abrasive ingredients like walnuts shells or sugars. You should 1) cleanse skin 2) toner (optional) 3) this exfoliator 4) moisturizer suitable for your skin type or daytime sunscreen.
Question:	How long did you use them before noticing a difference in improved skin tone, or diminish closed comedones
Answer:	I have been suffering from horrible hormonal acne around my chin/jaw since November 2017. I've tried everything I can get my hands on with no avail. I've been using Paula's Choice consistently for almost 3 weeks now and I started to notice a chance this week. I still have closed comedomes but NOT to the extent I've had previously. I am religiously putting it on my chin every morning and am thrilled to finally see results!
