Answer:	This is your exfoliator, so no need for an additional scrub or another chemical exfoliator. If you are new to exfoliating with a BHA this strong, putting on a toner first can help this from penetrating so quickly (which could be a good thing). You can also put your toner on afterwards if you want the fastest exfoliation. If you haven't used a chemical exfoliator in a while, I'd start slowly, every other day. This one is particularly strong. This is NOT a cleanser and should not be washed off. It is also NOT a scrub; it does not contain any abrasive ingredients like walnuts shells or sugars. You should 1) cleanse skin 2) toner (optional) 3) this exfoliator 4) moisturizer suitable for your skin type or daytime sunscreen.

Answer:	Ditto with K.S.’ answer. Wash, rinse, use toner (paying special attention to nose/chin/forehead) and I also use toner on my neck/chest. Then apply a moisturizer with SPF, before primer. Concealer before foundation, then setting powder, blush/bronzer/highlighter, eyeshadow then I use a setting spray for a dewy look. I do eyes after the spray, but that’s my preference. Exfoliate, toner & SPF moisturizer is the only secret to aging well.

Answer:	It contains alcohol denatured (dissolves surface oil), isopropyl alcohol and plain alcohol. These types of simple alcohols are antiseptic, but they should not be alone. This is not a hydrating toner but an astringent targeted to ppl with oily skin prone to acne. However it does contain glycerin which is a humectant which means its moisturizing and retains water. It has no intense scent just some from the hamamelis (witch hazel). The witch hazel is there to balance out the alcohols and provide moisture. I personally use this once a day (i find it quite hydrating but if used alone ur skin may go from dry to oily during the day). I use it along with a hydrating toner (like Thayers witch hazel) and my skin has no issues,no acne anymore.

Answer:	The products state "preservative free" in one area, "artificial preservative-free" in another, and the ingredients list "rose water" (assuming that is supposed to indicate what is ACTUALLY Rose Hydrosol, made through distillation process. My issue is that ANY natural water-based product,pet certainly including herbal & botanical hydrosols, MUST be preserved (unless customers are willing to store it in a refrigerator or freezer for a very short amount of time) otherwise, the product (s) will grow mold, bacteria, and fungi within a matter of only days... I'm certain of this information because I distill organically grown Hydrosols (including Rose Water, which is the distilled hydrosol of rose flower) and for safety measures, I use a very beneficial, 100% organic & vegan plant preservative in minimal effective amounts in order to keep the product safe. If there are NO preservatives, organic or not, this product is certainly NOT safe to apply to the skin or anywhere else on the body - it is contaminated with bacterial & fungal growth, as well as most likely viruses and mold within only days of the distillation process, meaning it could EASILY be unsafe for use before the customer has even received it after ordering. That's assuming you distill it immediately before shipping, best case scenario, delivered slightly overgrown with bacteria and rapidly growing within the following hours to days as it's being applied. Is it true that there is ZERO organic safety preservation included? Answer:	Rose water is the water distilled essential oil of the fresh petals of the rose flower. This is because heat distillation would damage gentle plants or for plants with less essential oil content where heat distillation makes it impractical. Since essential oils do not contain water they don't actually freeze. Cold temperatures can cause one or more constituents to crystallize. The quality is not affected although sometimes the crystallized constituents may not blend completely back in to the solution when it is exposed to warmth. This results in a cloudy appearance. Placing the bottle in warm water or in a warm location will eliminate the cloudiness.I am originally from India and have been using rose water in India and USA for the last 25 years and not once have I ever experienced rose water freezing even though most people are not aware that it snows in India and it is so cold that water freezes as soon as it comes out of the faucet.So rest assured if the product is pure and of good quality there should not be any issues with it. Sometimes I will place the rose water bottle in the refrigerator and use it as a cooling cleaner on my skin which smells good and gets rid of all the irritation on my skin. Answer:	There is no trace lead in this toothpaste. I formerly used Tom's, but this paste is more 'natural'. It's white, low-foaming and feels/tastes more like the toothpaste people are used to. Highly recommend it.

How to use it
