Answer:	There was no paperwork with mine.

Answer:	You could use it directly without storing it in the refrigerator. The reason for storing it in a fridge is to make the roller icy. Some of our customers use it in the morning massage routine before putting makeup on. They say it makes the face feel comfortable, but i can't vouch for that since i don't wear makeup.
Question:	is it only for eyes or whole face
Answer:	The bigger side is the face roller, the smaller size is the eye roller; although, if your eyes are bigger or you want to massage it with different pressure, you could still freely use the larger side to massage your eyes. The eye roller side is suggested to only use around eyes since it's a smaller piece, it's easier to target precise areas that you want to focus on. If you want to reduce the swelling under eye bags, you could put the set in the fridge with the included box. Putting icy things on eye bags to reduce puffiness is quite a common knowledge, it's just more comfortable and cleaner to use an iced roller than to use frozen steak. The Face roller could also be used to massage the back of your neck. After starring at the monitor for 8 hours a day, a few roll and the cold touch would help you sooth it. The Guasha scraper is used when you want to put heavy pressure on ur legs or the rest of the body, or you could gently use it against the cheek bones.

Answer:	Unfortunately, we currently only have the jade type face roller / guasha. Jade has been used in eastern society for a long time, it is one of the stones that is known to provide gentle and smooth skin contact. For now, we only have the jade version, but we are planning to import rose quartz version in 2020.
