Answer:	It doesn't say deep cleaning on bottle but I think Alba changed the look. My noticed my lotion bottles from Alba have a different look. I would recommend washing your face for a minute or two, rather than a few seconds. Thanks.

Answer:	I don’t see clay in the ingredient list. Pumice is listed. This product looks like liquid soap with pumice and charcoal scrubbing granules. There’s no clay like texture to it.

Answer:	It's not foaming. It's soapy with little scrub pellets or whatever they're called. This is my favorite face wash!

Answer:	I had the same issue with 3 bottles. It was a black liquid, which I actually ended up liking, hence the purchase of 3 bottles. I bought some yesterday and formula is different. This bottle is clear and comes out just fine. Weird!
Question:	What is the difference between the scrub and the cleanser
Answer:	Clenser is a gel, scrub is more gritty, almost like sand. I like both for different reasons, mostly use the scrub as it is a great exfoliate.

Answer:	Well if there were synthetic anything in there that would give us a healthy case for false advertising. Seeing as how they advertise being 100% vegetarian and natural.

Answer:	Yes, I use this scrub once a day. It is gentle enough to use every day and does not dry out my skin. However, I would not use a scrub two times per day. I think that over washing/scrubbing can aggravate skin and contribute to acne. Try a face wipe for one washing and a scrub for the other.
Question:	What are the scrubbing granules made of
Answer:	I emailed them about this after seeing on their website that it’s not designated as micro plastic free and it doesn’t say in the ingredients like the other scrubs they have. I didn’t get a satisfactory answer so I buy their other scrubs but not this one.

Answer:	It says no but it does great on mine. I use it to remove eye makeup I just try to avoid getting in my eyes.

Answer:	Not familiar with Pernox, but it’s not beads it’s ground walnut shells. I love this scrub

Answer:	I've actually been breaking out more since using the Neutrogena actually, and am going to switch back to the alba botanica. It seems to be the only thing that truly works for my stress acne.

Answer:	I think i it smells green/herbal and not floral/girly at all.
Question:	How long would you say one bottle last you
Answer:	Mine has lasted several months (at least 3 so far and still have about 1/4 of the bottle left). That said - I only use it in the morning right now while in the shower to wash my face. I have another product that I use at night that I am trying to deplete and then I will start using this at night as well. I usually have two bottles. One in the shower and one on the sink (morning shower - evening sink). Not sure how much it helps, but how much you pump out will also dictate how long a bottle lasts. It really doesn't take a lot and it lathers nicely. I rarely use a full pump as it is a lot of product.
Question:	Does this work to remove regular, non-waterproof eye makeup
Answer:	I use Maybelline Great Lash wash off mascara but no eye make up. The mascara does wash off the lashes, but there is a small amount that does stay on the lower part of the eye. Because the eye is closed when rinsing it off. Very minimal. I just use a Q-tip to wipe it away. Don't overlook this great product if you care for your skin. The air pump works great, it lasts a long time because you control the amount, and it's light. I love it!! I hope that helps.

The container says “100 vegetarian ingredients “. Long list of ingredients, so I’m not sure what the scrub material is made from but they are small, non-abrasive, gentle and effective. I don’t want to guess which ingredient(s) make up the scrub part. The phone number on the container is 888-659-7730 if you’d like to call them. I really like it, not abrasive at all like the kind with apricot pits. Also, no animal testing.
